"Happy Hour" ist ein 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Matarangi Ferienhaus. Dieses helle und einladende Ferienhaus bietet einen fantastischen Outdoor-Leben und ist eine einfache 2 Minuten Spaziergang zum Strand!
Das 2-stöckige Matarangi Ferienhaus verfügt über eine moderne, offene Wohngeschoss. Der großzügige Wohnbereich führt auf großzügige Terrassen- und Außenbereiche mit neuem Kamin. Mit einer ruhigen Umgebung am Strand und reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten für Ihre Gruppe sind Sie wirklich auf "Happy Hour" eingestellt.
Im ersten Stock dieser Matarangi-Unterkunft sind die Schlafzimmer 1 und 2 mit je einem Queensize-Bett ausgestattet, und Schlafzimmer 3 ist mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss, Schlafzimmer 4 ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet.
Es gibt ein Badezimmer auf jeder Etage, um den leichten Familien einzurichten abzuschließen.

A lovely tidy property which catered for our group of three couples of adults and two teenage girls. We did not use the bbq or outdoor area as we were twinning with friends nearby, but the social areas were perfect for a social beach stay.

I really recommend this property, easy to discuss arrange time to check in with the property owner, the place is really set up for family and friends have good time, amazing neighbourhood and views! Very close to the beach! I’ll rent again easy!

Excellent base for beach adventures that are just a walk away, plenty of deck space and room to chill out comfortably. We had a superb family getaway here and the host Tom was immediately responsive when needed. Bookmarking this one for another trip.

We had a great stay here. It is so close to the beach and even better that we could take a small dog with us. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best but we relaxed and made memories anyway. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your little slice of heaven.

Great property layout and fully equipped. Superb location for the beach, tennis courts and local supplies. We loved the outdoor fire. Wood and kindling thoughtfully provided.

Fantastic location and outdoor space
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for Matarangi beach (which is a great beach for dogs) and a short walk to cafes and shops. The outdoor area is the highlight of the property with a great outdoor fire and seating area. The property is spacious and is equipped with everything you need. While most of the house was clean, we found the BBQ and oven to be very dirty and had to spend a lot of time scrubbing these (probably left in a poor state by previous guests) and felt that parts of the house required a deep clean (our duvet cover was covered in dog hair for instance). Otherwise, it is a wonderful spot.

Great Family Bach
Perfect holiday bach in Matarangi!
Close to the beach with a great entertaining area on an large sunny deck. BBQ, pizza oven and plenty of seating.
Had something break and the owner was quick to respond and fix it.
Had seven family members staying and there was plenty of room.

Awesome retreat
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a comfortable, cosy & well equipped house close to the beach & in easy walking distance to cafe & convenience store. Would recommend staying here.

Roomy bach, dog friendly and great spot!
Communication with Tom was excellent and he gave lots of info and suggestions before arrival The house was well-equipped and the living room/outdoor set-up was ideal. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had plenty of space for our group of 8 as well as the dogs. The area is very quiet and very relaxed and it is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. The beach is massive, the only thing we missed is no dogs on the beach between 9-6 pm on holiday weekends, but other than that, Matarangi was great! Lots of stuff nearby (New Chums and Luke's Kitchen!) and there is a nice Bluff Walk at the end of the beach opposite the golf club. Definitely would go back!!

Short walk to the beach, great location
We originally booked for 2020 Taste of Matarangi which was cancelled due to covid so we asked to move the booking a year. It was really easy to deal with the owner and move the booking. The house was in a great location, a walk to shops and firestation and a 2 min walk to the beach. A nice house, with enough room, good entertainers kitchen, lounge and outdoor area

Perfect holiday bach
We had an awesome stay at Tom and Fee's bach. It was super clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The house opens up to the deck which was spacious. A big bonus was it was only a few minutes walk to the beach and a 5 minute bike ride to the convenience stores. Highly recommended!!!

Great location, lovely house
Amazing location and the Bach was comfy. We loved the outdoor fireplace and it's proximity to the beach. The dogs had a great time too. Only thing that would make it even better would be some childproof items like a grill for the fireplace and maybe a high chair would've been nice. Otherwise fantastic and would book again!

We absolutely loved our recent stay at Tom and Fees bach!
The property was exactly as pictured and was very clean and stylish. The neighborhood is beautiful and a quick walk to the beach.
Spoke to Tom a couple of times leading up to our stay and he was always super responsive and nice.

Awesome break
terrific property, absolutely everything you need is there for a wonderful stay, and super impressed with all the wine glasses and cooking utensils, bakeware etc, not like many other places who lack the basics. Only a 1 min walk to the beach, stunning location. Highly recommend.

Matarangi Magic
This is a lovely property with spacious, comfortable living areas and great indoor/outdoor living, perfect for a family stay. Great to have four bedrooms especially with one on ground level. Easy access to the beach and very well appointed. Hosts are very accommodating. Thanks so much.

Was a Fantastic experience! Clean house comfy beds. Close to the beach! New chumbs beach was spectacular!! Luke's kitchen had the best pizza I've had in new zeland!!! Weather was not the best every day but still felt at home in lovely house !! We will be back .

Matarangi Magic
A lovely family break on the beach with so much to do. Easy stroll to the beach and grassed area for ball sports. Remember to bring your tennis raquets to enjoy the tennis courts. Bikes are a must with flat roads to get about on. The golf course was fun and the Ring Beach Loop track was an easy hike.
The house was well equipped, albeit a little dusty. The deck area was a great sun trap to laze about and read a good book, plenty of outdoor seating and the boys loved the fire pit and being pet friendly we could also bring the dog. The section isn't fully fenced but luckily the dog could come with us to most places.
