I love the environment, beautiful and magical place to relax and escape from the busy World. It was the second time and we were very happy! Service was +10! Hightly recomended! Thank You!

small rooms, the food is terrible. on several occasions we were served raw and undercooked food. this was true for chicken, seafood and the fish was bad (old). we were all sick from the food

The location is amazing, activity crew was lovely.

The bedroom and bathroom were dirty. There were mosquitoes, I unfortunately got bitten many times during the night. The cleaners were lovely. The staff were difficult to communicate with and not too helpful/understanding. The food could have been better.

Very good room size and facilities, although the location of the room was a a bit far. A great beach and very good pool and hotel facilities. Very kind and helpful staff.

No wifi connection in the room at all, and also not a good connection in public areas. Very noisy air conditioner in the room.

The hotel is big and beautiful and we had a great weekend

When we came to do check out the man in the reception told is that we need to pay 70$ for the beach towels that we left at the pool and not in the room ...

The shower was broken, the room was flooded each time

spacious and beautiful grassy areas. quiet beach great reef about 50 meters in decent food (breakfast was better than dinner) room small but sufficient

the beach (water line) had litter. for a resort that obviously cares about aesthetics- it was an eyesore.

The breakfast was so so. If you stuck to the uncooked for it was fine.

The cooked food wasn’t that good.

The gardens and the big lawns are very well maintained and green. Everything is very very clean, friendly staff gives you a very welcoming responses trying to make your stay very pleasant (except for the receptionists). The beachfront is very close and the sand is yellow-silk under your feet and the pool is heaven. The room is quite large and clean. Great money for value, enjoyed my stay very much

The service from the receptionist (both at check-in and at check-out) was poor. Long waiting (I was the only guest at the reception), they do not update you on what’s going on. At the checkout they actually send someone to your room to make sure you did not trash the place🤮.(they say it is to verify you did not forget anything). And you wait…. And wait. Most staff members speak very basic / poor English which sometimes makes communication frustrating (if they do not speak English they usually call someone who speak the language better) - but again, very friendly. No Wi-Fi in the room (only at the public area and not everywhere)
