The location was good

The room because the door lock was broken. Also the door lock from bathroom it wasn’t very stable.

Comfortable location of the hotel, kind and welcome personel, tasty and plenty of food and drinks. We will definitely target this hotel for next vacation in Bulgaria.

Slow wifi in the room. So if you decide to work a bit during vacation, wifi puts you back to your rest))))

Big room with big double bed, enough space for a family of 4. Good food, nice and clean pool. It was a nice stay.

Room cleaning could be improved. The beach was a little bit far for for us to go twice a day, but with nice sunbeds and umbrellas.

I want to know who’s fault is for that incident becaude nobody said to me when i asked

The lady at the reception forgot to give us the access bracelets and I woke up on the beach arguing with the man there because I didn't have them, I still showed him the access card to the room and he told me to leave I probably found one somewhere.

The staff was nice and helpful and the rooms were clean .

The food was poor quality ,lots of fried of food and the drinks were soo watered. Also the beach boy was very rude. No toilet paper in one of the rooms and the distance to the beach ,hotel is not beach front by no means.

Food was excellent! Personnel was very friendly. Pool was great! Animation was nice. It was clean and nice.

This hotel is everything you need for a nice stay. The staff is very nice and helpfull. Especially the young ladies at the reception. A kind thank you to Nikol, who is very professional. Literally everybody was nice. Și mai lăsați și voi 10 lei doamnei de la bar, că nu muriți!

I do not find something wrong.

No food, lunch with no meal. The drink with no tasty. Sweets are missing. The worst restaurant that I choose ever.

Was it worth the Money? Definetly not. It is close to the beach and Bulgarian „Ballermann“ if you are up for that. The view from the balcony was nice. They organized vegan milk for me for the breakfast and had vegan option at dinner (falafel, French fries, veggie ) which was nice.

Beverages throughout had almost no taste as of they were watered. At the beach bar you get soft drinks beer and sangria in plastic cups, unfortunately, this leads to a very dirty beach. I know the hotel can’t change the attitude of people using the beach and sea as their garbage dumpster. Not ones you can walk without stepping on numerous cigarette butts or straws. It hurts to see that tourists don’t care about the Environment. Maybe the hotel can find some solutions to not be part of the pollution. I think portable ashtrays and no straws and deposit on cups could make it a very pleasant beach to stay at. If you are looking for a quiet beach, this is not the place to go. And if you want to go out in the evening you find yourself surrounded by teenagers.

The hotel itself was really nice. The location was very good . The room was really nice and it was a nice gesture that we had a champagne in our room that was very sweet. All the staff at the reception were really nice especially Nikol. We definitely want to come back .

The only thing we didn't like was that the staff in the restaurant didn't know what is the type of the meat pork or chicken. We don't eat pork and İ think this is a huge mistake that everytime the answer is "we don't know" and the signs are wrong .

Unfortunately ther where not enough staff. At the beginning of our vacation we where a bit disappointed regarding the food, but after words we understand the situation. Again I have to say "Unfortunately " because of the many of the guest who do not appreciate the hard work of those young people working in the hotel and making face's and complaining about food, but in fact the guest are asking to be given more food in the plate not nowing that they will like the food and when they realise that the food it not what they aspecte most of the plate goes to garbage. Shame for them because there are so many people who don't have nothing to eat. The hotel itself it not for 4 stars I would rather call it a ***. As well the restaurant.
