Personal servicial, grandes espacios, excelente comida. restaurantes que son pobres en comida

No entiendo por qué un resort tan importante le da a la agencia Royal la oportunidad de captar clientes dentro del resort haciéndose pasar por empleados. Estas personas se hacen pasar por los dueños del resort ofreciendo la posibilidad de hacerse socios con una suma de 20.000 a 200.000 dólares. una estafa perfectamente organizada. por eso, aunque el resort es muy bueno, esta "colaboración" penaliza a todos.

Las instalaciones en general muy buenas, la playa muy bonita .

El personal que trabaja en su mayoría es muy deficiente siempre con mala cara y mal trato al Cliente en los buffets la comida es muy repetitiva todo los días

El trato del personal fue excelente y en las animaciones una chica de nombre Yennifer era muy atenta con mis niños y con los demás niños que habían .

Que yo lo separé porque vi las habitaciones del primer piso para tener la piscina en el balcón para disfrutar con mis niños y me dieron un segundo piso , lo demás super, ya separe para Mayo - 25-24 hasta 1-Junio-24 espero que me den el primer piso .

Las atenciones, calidad de alimentos y variación!

A mi entender el área Family es para toda la familia para los adultos también es diversión con sus niños utilizar los toboganes a la hora de cuidar de sus niños cuando están utilizándolos

Food was not good at all. My whole family got sick.

The kids pool and Common pool were not well cleaned. I could Not get a reservation at any speciality dining. Food quality has decreased over the years

The staff who welcome us at the lobby i wish i could it remember he’s name ; but the dominican guy was great he did our check-in ..he was really courteous and happy. the breakfast lady’s her name was jany and her work partner those lady’s were awesome . the pools were good and the beaches ;) , love the pub karaoke ;)

i didn’t not like the first day reservation of restaurant, the check in its @3pm & the restaurant dinner reservation closed at 3pm . didn’t like the system on how the first night we couldn’t reserved dinner. and end it up at the buffet …(the food was great tho @ the restaurant ). they also need to work ASAP on the transportation that took for ever , they need more consistent on transportation: there were full & took for EVER! and lastly the rooms refrigerator were we stay wasn’t working : any welcome stock supply were HOT; including water , juice, soda ,milk we couldn’t drink anything . they need to fix those small room refrigerator or get new one . ooh and please fix the pub game machine kids can barely play there . those game needs to be repair & maintenance.

Was a nice experience, food was hit or Miss… buffet was same thing everyday for breakfast and lunch… 🤦‍♂️. Room was spacious and we loved it. Staff were ok… but if ur not careful they will be looking for tips all the time… front desk had some hustlers but that’s for another review.

Family section was great. My kids enjoyed everything we participated in and so did we.

Difficulty making a reservation at the restaurants.

We loved the resort itself. It's situated on a nature reserve, and my son (2yo) loved seeing all the animals on the property! The rooms were very spacious and clean! The beds were extremely comfortable.

We didn't like the food choices! The buffet food was better than the al a carte, but that was still mediocre compared to other ALL INCLUSIVES we have stayed at in DR. The entertainment for both adults and kids was severely lacking. Thank God for the pools and mini water park, but some ppl (including my son) got sick from the chlorine or something within the pool. We HATED having to make a reservation on the app for the al a carte restaurants! It's an all inclusive no one should be turned away from any restaurant because they couldn't get a reservation. Also the alcohol was nothing we recognized and there wasn't any top shelf options. Even the platinum guest were complaining.

Great environment for the family, kids specially. Nice food, nice views and restaurants, great staff, nice parking structure and receipt.

Room floor was sweating all the time due to the air conditioner being kept cold, meaning it was dangerous for kids to walk over the room, meaning I needed to use some towels to make it a bit safer. Cleaning personnel got mad with this and threatened to charge the towel price at the checkout, totally unnecessary. Shower needed to be adjusted because the water steam was very low. Minibar (fridge) was empty when was supposed to be full and included, we needed to call about 4 times for them to finally come and fill it in (at the night of the arriving day).

I appreciated the staff so much at this resort. they were super welcoming from the reception to the waitresses to the cleaning people to the taxi guys. they also acknowledged our toddlers over and over making them feel so welcomed. The room was superb! it had a bunk bed for the kids with an extra pull out bed and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. the beach was close, the animals around the property made it fun for the kids, the food was decent (I’m from NYC so nothing really impresses me much with food), the water slides were fun for the kids and the hotel was fully accessible to navigate with a stroller.

there were a few minor things that could be improved such as the room door handle being very easy to open by a 3 yr old toddler. I suggest having a lock on top to prevent any toddlers from opening the door. the toilet had a smell that others pointed out too. it’s a bit of a septic smell. maybe have a candle or incense in there? the property is HUGE and while we enjoyed walking back from the beach to the water slides at the family location, the roads ok the property aren’t very pedestrian/friendly. There were several trucks, motorbikes and shuttle buses going by on the same road/walkway which made it a bit uneasy walking with 2 toddlers. I suggest having a separate walkway just for pedestrians? please.good night

kids and main pool weren’t clean even early morning ( a lot of kids got ears infections). The medical clinic is there just to get your money. $200 regular consultation they don’t give u a prescription or medicines. they ask u to go to the hospital where they’ll charge u another $500 for consultation then they give u prescription. room service horrible literally you have to fight to get a towel. Food at Restaurant or buffet are not the best.

No shows for kids, and there were no shows in the theater the whole time we were there

They think every detail for you, from check-in to check-out they all try to make you feel good. we stayed as family of 3, and they have special reception just for you, so you dont have to wait-welcome drinks&cookies they serve. There are different restaurants in the hotel and you can book to experience different world cuisines! there is NO additional cost! I cannot finish by writing how good they are, It was our first trip to Punta Cana but not the last we know it! Thank you Princess Bavaro family to make dreams come true!
