La ubicación estaba bien. El lugar era súper agradable, tranquilo, muy apto para descansar.

Considerando los factores climáticos y ambientales del país, apareció una cucaracha. Di aviso al anfitrión cuando hice el check out, sin embargo pareció muy indiferente, con la intención de que revisaran e hicieran una limpieza del apartamento.

The property is very clean. It is steps away from the beach. The owners are polite and intelligent. If returning to Punta Cana, I prefer this property.

Beach ppl left beer bottles outside of the property. It was not a lot of garbage, but annoying after a few days, I disposed of it myself. 1st bedroom would benefit from blackout curtains.

Couldn’t get a wink of sleep. Other properties above rented out to party load of people who didn’t sleep all night. We did not feel safe and the hosts were not the most helpful to say the least. They did move us in the end but to a below par apartment that had lights shining brightly through the windows all night and more banging and shouting outside.

-just few steps to the beach -big rooms -free water to drink/for cooking

-cleaning needs to be improved -bad pillows -dirty water in jacuzzi -sea water with algaes (it’s not property business but good to know)

The apartment was spacious and clean.

There was no central air conditioning, just in the bedrooms. This meant the apartment was sweltering if you returned from a day of activities.

The location, the hostess, the cleaning, the airconditioning, was good

The beach was dirty, couldn't bathe, the building next to the property is not safe, a lot of people enter the property to go to the bar that it's open to the public

Location: Proximity to beach.

Microwave not working, cockroaches in the kitchens, refrigerator/freezer not remaining closed, broken safe, bathroom windows were unable to close. The manager, Anna was underhanded and tried to be coy about the who thing.

Location was exact what we were looking for. Right by the beach and not far from market.

This villa is amazing.. convenient for beach,pool, restaurants,bars. The communication from Anna was excellent. If you are lucky enough to find availability..book it!

The location of the beach and proximity to food and stores.

The lounge chair that was supplied (ONLY seating for pool unless you like concrete) that I fell through to the frame when I sat on it. -the broken safe that fits actual valuables in it. Was rudely told by the guy she sent to simmer me down about my concerns, that I could use the secondary one (size of a large envelope) couldn’t fit any electronics. -the broken windows that wouldn’t close with no locks x2. -the first broken a/c, but really didn’t like when the second one broke and we had a repairman come rip through the ceiling from 9:15-11:30pm the first night of arrival when I was exhausted and uncomfortable with my 11yr old son. -paying for a water heater to have more than half the water run down the wall from the broken hose. -the broken security gate leading into the complex that is attached to a dark alley in between the rear of the complex and the beach bars. - the tv is in the kitchen in an odd, uncomfortable spot, very awkward if you wanted kids to have some downtime, or a movie. -there are stools and odd furniture ( useless) cluttering up the space. I don’t get why there is seating for 12, around a condo that sleeps 6 tops, around a table for four. I like cherry and tropical but the colours combined with the super bright, blue-tinged overhead lights and lack of alternative lighting was brutal. Uncomfortable on the eyes altogether. -because the bathroom window, and second bedroom window late unable to close (not good when you are paying for a/c)you hear all the noise, motors, people in the alley and cars. -that Ana was only responsive until I wanted to talk about any of these things and charged me an extra $107 on my credit card from check in, before I was aware of any of this. I HAVE PHOTOS AND SCREENSHOTS OF ALL THIS. Booking.com said they would respond after giving the host 24hrs to do so, and it’s been 4 days and I’ve heard nothing back. I asked for a partial $tay return after spending an hour on phone with client care to not hear back still

The place has a great balcony and a huge rooftop terrace Everything was super clean! We stayed for a week and we’re offered several times cleaning options and new towels etc The host(s) are more super friendly and very very helpful in all ways! Definitely recommend this place 100% and will come back

Location is superb. It is in a proximity to everything - stores, restaurants, pharmacy etc. but still on a quite street within a gated community, 50 feet from the beach. Host was honest, pleasant and professional. Appreciate returning my $4 I even had forgotten about. The villa was slightly weathered as as any tropical property and feels like home. Everything inside was working. Clean. Good value for money.

A few minor things I don’t really want to spend time describing. Better focus on major - your family, friends and your vacation.

Excellent place for the cost. 100 feet from the beach, towels and lounge chairs included, a 7 minute walk to most restaurants. There is a little beach bar as well. AC works great and electricity price seemed fair!

Kitchen is well-equipped, the area is safe (within a gated community), and the bedrooms are super comfy. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived and checkin/checkput was super easy.,

If you stay there in summer be aware that some of the individual AC units in the rooms are quite old/ noisy. The house we stayed in didnt have a balcony as shown on the pics. We didnt mind, just be aware.
