Gostamos de tudo! Incrivel ,localizaçao, limpeza e conforto, carinho dos funcionários, excepto da funcionária (mulher) que estava na recepçºao que era extremamente arrogante com os hóspedes. Tudo o resto nota 10, voltarei! E espero nao encontrar a mesma funcionária no check in e no check out. No entanto, como todos os restantes funcionarios foram amáveis e muito querido o hotel nºao merece critica negativa!

Facilities were excellent and staff always smiling

Very minor, but we had two rooms on different floors and were unable to go each room as keys restricted access to floors when in lift.

The hotel smelt lovely, all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We were told to use the app, multiple times. Ordered room service on the app and half an hour later we got a call to say we should have called them first. So we ended up cancelling the room service as it would have been an hours wait.

swimming pool is too small the top floor with incredible view is only reserved for exclusive guests, I would pay for entering the roof top Fitness room is below the ground, no sunshine

Modern hotel, if close proximity to the sea. Great roof top bar and restaurant. Grilled chicken and panacota to die for.

Our room was facing the street, and at night there were hoards of drunk people at night going home (passing hotel) screaming or loudly chanting which was getting through the windows. Also water was leaking from beneath the shower door, and the puddle was appearing in the room area.

I get the 6 drink rule , but feel we should be able to use the 6 when we choose not 3 at lunch and 3 at dinner as we don’t drink at lunch so lost them plus should be more on offer than just wine beer or cava, it’s not really Al/ c more like full board

Clean, quiet, relaxing hotel and plenty of sun beds.

The air conditioning didn't work properly so we didn't sleep very well as it was too hot in the room. We didn't like the location so never visited the beach nearest the hotel.

Clean property with great amenities

Breakfast simply fantastic. The cook and the staff were all very nice.

The swimming pool opens late and closes super early. Really a big shame, makes no sense at all.

- The staff is honestly great. My rating would have been much less if it wasn’t for them. - the rooms are clean and towel service was provided even for the beach which was really useful.

- The air conditioner didn’t work properly for my entire duration of stay resulting in very less sleep for me - I had a street facing room and it is extremely loud during the night. you can hear the cars, people, everything. for a 5 star hotel, the least I would have expected were some sound proof windows. - the variety in food was fine but the taste was very average as it catered specifically to their european guests (though the menu said international cuisine, the taste was nothing like that) - the entire vibe of the hotel is very bad as there are a lot of older people who tend to book rooms. hence the activities, music, food, etc. is very catered to them

Restaurant uses excellent ingredients, has a large choice, but the food is often luke warm or cooked too early. Springrolls for example were served cold , poached egg was pre prepared and therefore like a hard boiled egg. Recommendation : Reduce the large choice and cook a la minute .

The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful in all questions and issues.

- the bathrobes are only one size and should also have for more corpulent people options - the fact we booked All Inclusive and only could have 3 alcoholic drink with lunch and dinner was a bit disturbing. They could better manage a max. Amount of drinks a day what one can choose when and where to drink, not only limited to the restaurant - the running hours of the restaurant were a bit disturbing too, breakfast was until 10am, lunch until 3pm and dinner until 9pm - I would prefered to have each meal time one hour more available
