1. The place is beside main road. 2. The owner was quite co-operative. 3. Lookwise villa is gorgeous.

1. Poor management. 2. Hot water issues. There is hot water issues all the time. There is only one geezer attached to 2 bathrooms. The water line is messed up..hot water comes via cold water tap and cold water via hot water tap.😅 3. Caretaker is useless. Just stands there like a statue and doesnt help at all. The owner only has to run everywhere. 4. The Caretaker does not clean the rooms or the floors properly. If you walk in the room and go to the bathroom you can clearly see all the muddy floor dust there. 5. You need to be very aware of the surroundings as there are many plants and trees so there are lots of mosquitoes and insects and the windows ain't properly close especially in the kitchen area. 6. I understand that the villa has a certain kind of look but they should also look into this matter open windows.

cleaning only once in three days. During this period even no sweeping. inadequate utensils in the kitchen like tawa pressure cooker etc.

The location was great, near all places worth visiting in Thiruvananthapuram. And the stay was hassle free. Will recommend

The only aspect that I feel could have been improved was the cleanliness. There were cobwebs at different spots and the floor felt dusty. Not sure if it was due to the place having been locked for long but barring this, no complaints

Contacting the available Hindi speaking person is very pitty fellow but good for nothing & there is no provision for him to contact in case of emergency or urgent floors are never cleaned very sandy if we walk in bare foot

Floor cleaning and should be smooth to walk in bear foot. Water is very very slow & it takes20 minutes to get filled in bucket of20 litres capacity
