it was just what we needed for our weekend away was very happy with our choice and would consider booking again
it was very warm in the bed rooms the heating didn't seem to go off while you were in bed making it abit uncomfortable to sleep!! the glass table in the kitchen could have done with some protection on it we could only find 1 table mat which for four people not very good !

Good location; Safe neighbourhood; Proximity of safe off-property parking; New carton of semi-skimmed milk in fridge (the milk in the UK tastes better than what I’m using in Canada)!
Lack of shampoo & conditioner in the toiletries (maybe not exactly the host’s fault but in North America I’m used to shampoo and conditioner included in toiletries); Coffee pods provided do not match the coffee machine but instant coffee pouches are provided (no big deal for me).

Location was great to get to local restaurants and the property was sufficient for our 5 day trip.
It was clean and had all facilities one could expect
More I was concerned of where to park my car, as property doesn’t have a direct driveway.
However with the parking g permit we were able to find a spot relatively easily.
The property is a bit cosy due to the design of it, but nothing to fault.

How cosy it was
One of the bedrooms was warmer than the other so setting the temperature was tricky as either one room was boiling or the other was stone cold

It was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Tea, coffee and oat milk was a nice touch. The location was great, walking distance to supermarkets. Parking was ok - having a visitor pass for the road outside was good.

Really great location, a very short walk away from the bars and restaurants of Windermere. The place was cosy, clean and comfortable with everything that you could need during your stay. Check in was easy, and the parking permit for the duration of the stay was handy as soon as we arrived. We'd definitely recommend.
Parking was on-street and it got a little busy on Saturday evening. However we always managed to get a space with some creative parallel parking so I wouldn't say it was an issue, just something to be aware of.

The location is really excellent if you like the busier places such as Windermere but the street itself was very quiet and the courtyard in front of the property was private and you can sit out at the front. Weather permitting....
The facilities was everything that you need for a small family and the appliances, equipment was good quality and absolutely fit for purpose, though we only had breakfast and prepared lunch for days on the fells.
Nothing, not a single part we didn't like. We would definitely stay here again
