bathroom large but needs somewhere for toiletries

a very nice and cozy property, close to the train station and walking distance to everything in the area. staff was very welcoming and nice.

The only thing is that breakfast only starts at 8, so getting an early start is difficult if you're having breakfast there.

Breakfast,dinner lovely.The room was fine but had to climb 4 sets of small stairs. Need a small lift somewhere in the hotel don’t remember any mention of the stairs.

Great location and just a 30 second walk to the centre. The breakfast was lovely, we had the full English and the eggs Benedict and smoked salmon the next day, would recommend. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. Excellent value for money!

There wasn’t many parking spaces, the room was quite dark as the main light was dim and the shower could have been more powerful.

Staff very helpful and pleasant,breakfast tasty and had lovely evening meal.

Everything was perfect other than my preference would prefer ceiling light in bedroom to have been brighter ,when getting ready.

The room was lovely and clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious.

The code machine is a nice addition. The top floor room was spacious with nice views.

comfortable clean and friendly. the staff attended to all our needs, we had a person who had difficulty with stairs I rang James to ask how many stairs there were to the first floor he explained them well but there were stairs to the front and side of the building as it happened it was not a great problem. the shower in one of the rooms did not work and the Plummer did not turn up but they had it fixed eventually and gave us a part refund for one night. All the staff were very apologetic. The breakfast was wonderfull and we had a meal one evening that was very good. Short walk down to the village of windermere but a drive to bowness on windermere.

The bathroom in room 1 was very narrow and the walk in shower had a very small opening. the hotel has 11 rooms but only enough car parks for seven cars with a couple of cars parked by the wall could be a problem if the hotel is full as its first come first served we had to wait up the street until some one left.
