My family had a great time and a very positive experience staying at this property. To say that the owner is responsive is an understatement. The backyard is definitely a highlight, but inside the home is spacious and most importantly very clean. We enjoyed all the amenities provided by the home both inside and out and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The location of the home is super convenient - quiet, yet very close to the highway, grocery store, and many restaurants. Overall, very impressed with both the home and the owner and would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

We really enjoyed this property. I’d give it a 9.5 out of 10. The only down side was having to message the host to turn the spa on every 2 hours. I would think a timer switch could solve that. That being said he was very prompt at turning it on when asked.

Nice big house. Everything we needed for a guys golf trip. Pool & hot tub were a bonus. Host was very attentive & easy to communicate with. Only negative was its 25-30 minutes from the city

This home is beautiful! The moment you walk in the front door with super easy entry access you feel welcomed. High ceilings, huge nicely stocked kitchen, great dining table that seats 6 comfortably. Awesome master suite with large bathroom. One bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area was wonderful to come home to after a full day of playing. Communication with homeowner was very easy and quick responses. Great stay with a great group of ladies!

Great house plenty of room. Pool is clean and relaxing. Victor was very quick to respond to any questions. He let us check in early which was a big help to our day.

Trip was exactly as advertised. The house was beautiful and we had gamers so there was even tv’s in every room and not to mention the ultimate gameroom for our gaming pleasure! We had a fantastic trip and Walmart was less than a mile away to do our grocery shopping and stock the house with food. We were set for all our vacation needs! This was a wonderful trip! Did I say how beautiful the house was! Literally our only complaint was we would have liked to adjust the AC a little cooler.. 70 degrees didn’t feel like 70 at all and it did get stuffy at night, so next time we will bring extra fans, but other than that, it was very enjoyable!

The house was just as it was on VRBO. It is in a great location in San Antonio. We spent time downtown. Sea World and Schlitterbahn. Very clean, pool was great. It was fully furnished even though some pots and pans could use some updating. The best part was the host Victor is super responsive

There was 11 of us who traveled to San Antonio for a quick weekend getaway. The house was great for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids age 8 and younger. The downstairs bedroom was great for the grandma and everyone else stayed upstairs in the room. The M&Ms were a nice surprise for the kids. They ate more than they should. Victor was very responsive the entire time we were there. Just a quick message and the hot tub was turned on. And another the hot tub was turned off. I thought that not being able to control this myself would be annoying but I was wrong. It wasn't an issue at all. Victor was waiting my messages and always responded within a minute or so. There is a fire pit that we intended to use but decided against it because the hot tub sounded better. But, I suggest you leave the patio light on when using the pool/hot tub at night. The stairs leading off the patio were a little tricky in the dark and my daughter fell and broke her arm. Oops! We learned our lesson. I would definitely stay here if we decide to do another trip to San Antonio. You won't be sorry.

The property looked just like the pics that were posted. The check in process was easy. The property manager responded in a timely manner with all the questions I had. We enjoyed the space, the pool and hot tub was a huge hit with the children. The hot tub was heated when he asked each time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only complaint there was dust around in different spots. The theater was nice. Definitely would rebook.

We loved this property. Very spacious and clean. The property owner was easy to communicate with. He was prompt with all questions and requests.

House was roomy and a perfect set-up for young children. Pool was great and location was not too far from Riverwalk and other attractions.

We enjoyed our stay the kids loved the movie room. We did have some time trouble navigating the TVs. Any questions regarding the home the owner responded quickly. I do feel that when you rent a home you should leave it clean once you leave. I do think that his to do list upon check out is a little extensive I do not mind washing the dishes taking out the trash making sure the floor does not have crumbs but stripping all the beds and having all the linens in the washroom ready for housekeeping was a little overboard for me personally. But over all we enjoyed our stay to the fullest

Our family came together for my daughter's engagement party. held elsewhere. It was wonderful to have everyone stay together before and after the party. Children loved the media room. Quality furniture and kitchenware which made us feel right at home. Highly recommended this rental.

We enjoyed our stay here. The host was quick to respond to anything we needed. My kids and I loved the pool. We spent a lot of time in it due to the high temps during our stay. The beds were comfortable. My kids were able to stay busy with the theatre room and kids area upstairs. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation in San Antonio.

The house was perfect. We had 5 ladies and we enjoyed our stay. Easy commute to the Riverwalk, airport and other attractions. Owner responds quickly to requests.

I would highly recommend this property. It was the perfect weekend stay, it was beautiful, clean, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We will stay here again no doubt. The owner/manager was so nice and courtesy.

I took a few business associates for a 2 nite, 3 day, 4 round golf outing. Residence offered good location and plenty of room for all of us to enjoy a comfortable stay while still enjoying our own sleeping space. I would suggest this property would be great for a family outing. We did not use the backyard amenities but would be great for family/friend stay.

Victor's property was exceptional! It was even more beautiful in person than it was in the pictures. The pool and hot tub were a focal point of our vacation every day after touring San Antonio. The property was conveniently located to the Alamo and the riverwalk and the tower of America's, As well as many other things that we chose to see during our stay. I can't say enough good things about the home or the communication with Victor. He was responsive every step of the way when I reached out to him. The home was an immaculate condition and all of the amenities were as were as described. The beds were very comfortable as well. We had more than enough supplies and toiletries including fresh towels. My family and I hated to leave. As for the notes left around the property that some guests remarked about, I did not find them to be annoying or excessive just small reminders for how to take care of things in his lovely home. Thank you Victor I hope to return one day soon!

Very nice property, quiet neighborhood, well equipped, beautiful pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Property manager was very fast at answering any questions we had. We couldn't get the surround sound working in the media room but someone had messed it up before us and he just hadn't had time to replace it. Pool and lights go out exactly at 11 which was fine with us but the reason they have to do that is because adults don't know how to act and there are neighbors on all sides. All in all this is a great house to stay in. Very clean and any problems were immediately addressed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the middle of San Antonio. Victor was very responsive and accommodating, whenever we had questions. Overall, great place to stay. Will definitely consider this one again for future visits.

We enjoyed our stay. Victor was very responsive. The home was perfectly located for what we planned on vacation. It was neat to see so many deer as we drove through the neighborhood. Some previous guest mentioned the many notes but with teens and kids in our group it was a good reminder of the house rules. Sadly a few of the remotes had dead batteries but the kids enjoyed the theatre room. We only noticed because it rained almost every day of our vacation. The house allowed for the kids to have their own space while enjoying games or a movie. My only observation is that the house was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. None of the furniture in the home touches any walls so it was a bit disappointing to find so much debris behind the couches and beds. In the living area we found goldfish crackers scattered behind the furniture and the stove and refrigerator were not cleaned. An easy fix with a bit of our time used to clean. But with so many rules you'd think the cleaning crew would be more careful. We would love to stay again when in San Antonio.
