Stayed to visit family and attend my nephew’s graduation. The host was very accommodating and helpful during the booking process since we needed 2 units. Condos were both nice and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great! Quiet residential area but within walking or short driving distance to all the fun!!

This property was in an amazing area of Tacoma which allowed for many walking trips to local attractions. The property itself was amazing! We've stayed at many places all around the Country, but this was by far our most enjoyable place to stay! The property owner was great to work with and made sure we had what we needed. We are already planning when to come back and stay here again. A must book!!

The view of the sound is lovely and the neighborhood is quiet and residential. The balcony is shaded and a nice place to relax. There are a number of interesting homes nearby and the location is convenient to local restaurants and the expressway. The owner is very responsive.

Nice neighborhood

The apartment was conveniently located in the heart of Tacoma. There are many great restaurants close to the apartment. It has a beautiful view to Puget Sound. It was very quit around there. It rained every day we were there and it was cooler than we anticipated, but the heaters in the apartment worked perfectly. The kitchen is small and had everything we needed. We just ate breakfast there and ate out the rest of the time. We haven’t had any problems at all with crime, as a matter of fact we saw people going for walks all the time. It is a small apartment perfect for a small family. It is not handicap friendly. If you can’t walk stairs, I don’t recommend it. Overall it was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our monthlong stay! The property was extremely well maintained and the condo very clean. It is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The condo was quiet, as well. The Puget Sound View condo had a truly spectacular view of Commencement Bay. Ron was responsive to any needs we had. We recommend without reservation.

Clean and comfortable condo in a safe tree lined street on the North End. We enjoyed beautiful sunset views from the balcony and walking to several parks in the area. The kitchen is well equipped for meals prepared at home but restaurants are also within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This condo would have received 5 stars…except it does not have AC and the temperatures were over 100 a few days of our visit. I realize this is extraordinary and fans were provided, but it was so hard to sleep that we moved to a hotel for 2 nights. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped and the location is delightful with a lovely view of the bay with sailboats and tankers. I would stay here again, but hope that the weather cooperated! I love the keyless entry so no worries about losing keys.

This property was a steal! I put both sets of grandparents here while visiting for our son’s high school graduation. They enjoyed their coffee each morning on the deck overlooking the picturesque Puget Sound, and it was a short walk from our Old Town home

It was nice to come home after a day of hanging out watching logger baseball. We did laundry made a home cooked meal for our son. It felt normal. Highly recommended. Way better than a hotel!

Great place to stay in Tacoma

We stayed at this condo about a year ago, so this was my second time at this property. I have to say that, even though it was a different unit in the building, the stay was consistently great! The communication about the property was very detailed and contained everything that I needed for my stay. Having the WiFi and a fantastic view of the Sound made our visit a true pleasure. I was able to enjoy a run down to the path along the sound each morning. It was great to get in 7-9 miles without having to deal with traffic and enjoy the views of the Sound and Mt. Rainier at sunrise. :)We really enjoyed our time at the condo and will be staying there again each time we visit Tacoma. Thanks for a great landing spot!!

This condo was really conveniently located -- really pretty neighborhood of homes, close to Stadium district, and if you don't mind a little walk, Proctor and Old Town. I did not have a car and enjoyed walking to all those places.

Very comfortable, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. There is easy access to restaurants and grocery stores yet close enough to downtown Seattle or the mountains allowing for a relaxing stay in a conveniently located area!!!

The condo was scrupulously clean, well furnished, comfortable and most of all, QUIET! We couldn't believe we were in such a well populated neighborhood and never heard a sound.

Excellent location, wonderful accommodations, quiet, private, and peaceful. Super communication and exceptional use of technology. Will definitely be return customer. So much value and far nicer than traditional hotel accommodations.

The 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was in a perfect location for accessing family and sights of Tacoma. The condo was clean, cozy and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the view from our balcony. The condo and surrounding area felt safe and was very quiet. On site parking was a great plus! Ron provided excellent information for the condo location and accessing it. We would return to this place again!

This was a quiet and clean apartment with a partially obstructed but still beautiful view of the Sound. Close enough to U of Puget Sound to meet our needs and the charming tree lined streets with historic homes made for wonderful morning walks. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

We stayed at the property for 5 nights, wish it was longer. The unit was ready when promised, clean, quiet and had wonderful views of the Puget Sound. The host communicated everything we needed to know proactively and was available if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

This condominium provides a comfortable place to stay in Tacoma's Old Town neighborhood, which is characterized by historic homes, large trees, and water views. It's not a luxurious building, but it provides everything that you need for short or longer term stays. Restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are a few blocks away in the Proctor St. neighborhood or on Division Street. We spent several weeks at the condominium, and we found the host to be very responsive to minor problems that arose during our stay.

This was our second stay at Elmwood Condos and it was every bit as nice as we remembered from our first stay. Very clean, fantastic view, conveniently located and altogether perfect for our needs. We look forward to our next visit.
