We were extremely happy with our week at this property. it was a perfect location for us since we love Boca Catalina Beach and Malmock.. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. We enjoyed the nice pool that is shared with a few other units. Extra touches like providing portable beach chairs and a cooler helped to make our beach hopping days enjoyable. Mike was quick to respond to our questions. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Location is perfect for the north side of island. We’ll maintained and very clean; nice pool for relaxing when not at beach. 2-minute walk to great snorkeling beach; 5-minute drive to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all, we saw the whole island and this was the best spot to stay. So close to great beaches, minutes to the palm beach restaurants. The property was beautiful as pictured, the owner was very responsive when I had questions. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Great location. Quiet yet close to large hotels for a quick trip for food drinks near the beat snorkeling beaches 50 yds from beach for sunset etc. welll furnished hope to come back

The home was absolutely beautiful! Literally breathtaking! It was the perfect amount of space for us and in walking distance to the beach. It was super close to everything in the area. We will be staying here the next time we come back! I would 1000% recommend!

My husband and I stayed in Unit 3 for a little over a week and our stay was perfect. The property was as described in the listing and Michael is very responsive to questions. You have access to some of the best beaches on the island when staying at Boca Catalina. The beach chairs and towels provided make walking across the street to the beach even better. We cooked most meals, so we realized the kitchen could have used a few more items but we made it work!

For the first time in the years we’ve been coming to Aruba, it rained very heavily and our property had minor flooding. Micheal moved us quickly to another location and refunded the day for us. He’s very responsive and helpful. We’ve stayed at his property before and would not hesitate to do so again. You don’t really know how good service is until there’s a problem and how it gets handled. Micheal handled everything wonderfully.

No surprises. Very easy. Perfect.

We loved it!!

My husband and I moved from a hotel to this location and were so impressed! The beautiful beach is just a few steps away with abundant snorkeling. The back yard is a little piece of paradise with a pool, hammock and quiet landscaped area of pure serenity. The interior is clean, updated and amazing too. We will be back for sure!

WOW!! Everything was excellent. The design of the space is so cool and felt luxurious. The location was perfect too-- Arashi Beach ended up being our favorite and it was awesome that we could walk there. Mike was an exceptional host too -- he checked in with us to make sure we arrived okay, and again later to see if there was anything that could make our stay better. He ended up arranging a car rental so we wouldn't have to rely on taxis. Mike was also super quick to respond and flexible with helping us store luggage when our flight turned out to be delayed several hours. Not only will you love staying here, you will be in good hands with Mike!

This is a beautifully-kept unit with everything you need. A nice snorkeking beach is just across the street. Michael was easy to work with and answered emails promptly.

This place was very beautiful inside and out. The pictures do not do this place justice. The owner of the home is very friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this place to others. You will not be disappointed!

We booked here for 2 nights. Ana met us at the exact time she said she would be there. She showed us around the 1 bedroom unit and told us how everything worked. The pool was right outside our bedroom, it was very cozy. The unit had all new everything! The kitchen had every utensil and gadget you could think of. Wifi was great. My husband had to work one day and it was nice to lay by the pool, while he was working. You share the pool with 3 other units. There is a grill, outside bar, lounge chairs, folding beach chairs, and floating mats by the pool. One morning we grabbed the beach chairs and beach towels and walked across the street to the beach. The beach was small and very nice. Be sure to bring water shoes because of the rocks. We went snorkeling. I saw more colorful fish at this location than I saw in Hawaii! We enjoyed cooking and being away from the highrise hotels. This is definitely a great place to stay!

This was our 4th trip to Aruba. If you are looking for a well appointed, clean rental close to Boca Catalina beach, this place is for you! It was a quick walk across the street to the beach. The property is located in a nice residential area with high end homes. It is newly renovated, so everything is brand new. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed to cook meals (there also is a gas grill outside). We enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool. The WiFi service was excellent. Amanda & Mike are wonderful hosts! Don’t hesitate to book this place.
