Great location friendly staff second time staying here

The place is clean and tidy. It meets the standard of quality hotels. The sanitary seat cover quite old. There is some rod which they should be replaced. The ceiling in bathroom is dirty but not a big deal.

The Sanitary seat is old and need replacement. There's some odd smell in toilet. The ceiling above the bath section is dirty. The service panel has some dust and insect nest. The bed too soft which I prefer a harder mattress but this is only my taste.

Easy to find and good value.

The size of the room was good. Good amount of furniture. Office table for the laptop. Small table and 2 chairs for eating. Bathroom clean and good size. Good size and set of towels. Good shower. Good size toilet seat. TV channel guide great! Good picture at the TV. The rooms was quiet. Good air conditioner and easy to use. Elevators working well no rush! Good parking for the car. Breakfast buffet in a good and light area. Close to the Night Market area (walking distance). The staff reacted to my special wishes very specific and good. Would recommend this hotel even we had few issues.

The room with a carpet on the floor is not my favorite! Did forget to ask if they had other options? The dinner restaurant downstairs was very slow with the service, even we were only few people? The breakfast buffet had old bread for two days??? The bread must be fresh in the morning! They called it French white bread! Tried to cut it both mornings same result. Two, three days old at least! Also the muffins where old??? Bacon would have been nice also??? (Separately from this. On our second night there was a water damage on our floor 7. We had 5 cm with water on our floor in the room at 3:00 Am. We got a fast move to a new room and the staff did well with that.)

The main reasons why I stayed at Imperial are that I have stayed before, and know beds are comfortable, and car parking plentiful and safe. Breakfast reasonable buffet standard.

Location is not very convenient to any significant choice of restaurants. Car park entrance to hotel would better be served by a lift (elevator) for luggage.
