Staff friendly and helpful overall; secure; great location close to subway stations and lots of restaurants; upgrade provided to room with a beautiful bathroom including a tub; happily stored my luggage; great variety at breakfast and appreciated the honesty bar; quiet; really nice lounge; good housekeeping; room temp could be adjusted and bed was really comfortable

Room showed a little wear and tear and outdated elements such as stains, phone that didn't work

Hotel le Reve is a hidden gem…lovely rooms & public spaces; beautiful courtyard; kind, accommodating, professional staff. Exceptional breakfast, enjoyed in the reception/living rooms or outdoors.

I really enjoyed the public area and the breafast. The staff was helpful.

The room was very tiny and did not even have a chair. There was not enough room for my luggage. There was no closet, just a very small cabinet to hang around 4 or 5 items

excellent room, bed made me sleep well and have some interesting dreams the first night.. ;-) Shower was excellent too, and breakfast space is very intimate and with some sunshine the inner courtyard is a great place to enjoy breakfast.

Super charming and well located. Excellent staff who had great recommendations for local restaurants (which was especially difficult as it was a public holiday).

Seemed to be a night club close as we could hear the base thumping which only kept us up as we were jetlagged.

Had booked a quiet room, had to pay 40 usd more a night for this ( than the booking.com price) but well worth it because the rooms on the street side are very noisy.

A truly wonderful place to stay for our trip to Santiago. The courtyard and breakfast was incredible. We found the staff to be so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling to Santiago :)

we stayed here about 7 days in two separate times in january 2022. we really liked this hotel, and would highly recommend. its location is pretty good, in between 2 metro stops, on a major bus line, near a linear park, hospital, plenty of cabs. its short street closes to vehicular traffic, allowing about 6-8 very good restaurants to host outdoor seating. very nice! the rooms and common areas are very comfortable and clean in a french sort of way, like your rich great aunts home! there are grocery, drug stores, mall and restaurants nearby. rental car and underground parking garage just across the street too.

nothing really. a couple of the weekend staff were a little lacksadaisal—-normally not a problem unless youre waiting to get buzzed in. we would definitely stay here again.
