Restaurant a bit too noisy with parties of golfers. Perhaps different times or an alternative eating place for couples ? My fault for not understanding golf !

Great location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating throughout our stay. Food was superb. Highly revommend this hotel.

excellent location. The hotel itself is beautiful with very well thought out decor and finishings. the staff were fantastic, welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful. The food served at dinner service was outstanding. Full complements to the kitchen staff as the food tasted fantastic, even down the garlic bread. the portions were also great value for money. we would happily stay again. the only disappointment is that they are unavailable for our next planned night away. FULLY RECOMMEND!!

We loved the character of the building the cleanliness was fabulous and the food was amazing. Our evening meal was delicious and breakfast was plentiful and served in a beautiful room with stunning views of the surrounding valley. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this gem of a place and we will definitely return.

Rooms are lovely, it really is a home from home. Cosy lovely wood burners. Breakfast is lovely as is evening food. Staff amazing very polite cannot do enough for you. Have been twice will definitely return!!

Beautiful place set in beautiful surroundings. clean , warm , friendly , luxurious and cosy. everything you would want for a relaxing time away and only 5 minutes from the beautiful town of Tenby

maybe expand the vegan/vegetarian options on the evening menu and make them more obvious on the breakfast menu

The hotel is beautifully decorated, has friendly staff, our room was very comfortable with everything we needed, and the restaurant was fabulous. We walked into Tenby (an hour’s walk each way) and enjoyed exploring the old town. We had treatments at the Dovecote too - a definite must!

We loved our time in trefloyne. So warm and welcoming, with the fire's and the staff. We had a delicious meal all my family enjoyed We had steaks all cooked to perfection. Our room was amazing warm, comfy, clean and a good size We slept beautifully. But all of this was just added with wonderful staff, the breakfast staff in particular. My sons girlfriend was ill in the morning and the two women on duty that morning was amazing so a big Thank You to them and all the staff.

I booked a deluxe room through booking.com but when we arrived at the property we were told the booking hadn't gone through, but we could still have a room as the hotel was luckily not fully booked (Which was nice) . The room we were given was the old store room so as you could imagine after booking a deluxe room, the old store was a huge disappointment, we were charged the same price as the deluxe room, but we were really tired from our journey and just wanted a bed for the night, so my wife wouldn't let me complain. Great hotel great location just a massive disappointment when we didn't get the room that we had booked, and paid the same price to have a inferior room.
