Location was excellent, self check in easy, bed comfortable, and full sized fridge handy.

I had organised an early check in when I first booked the room, but when I rang to confirm this about an hour prior to arrival, the person on the phone had no record of it and to begin with, started to argue with me. Following my sending a screen shot of the previous message, and a further text to ask if the room was ready, we had permission to finally check in. On arrival, and upon entering the room holding by baggage in front of me, I tripped up the step and fell heavily onto the floor hurting my back. It wasn’t a good start! Then my husband walked out into the balcony and fell in the drain near the edge nearly falling over the edge but for the wires that stopped his fall. These are MASSIVE health and safety issues!!! The only other thing was the broken toilet seat that was barely attached.

Location was spot on close to bars etc.. promt communication.

For the price I paid I was disappointed parking wasn't included. Also no Sky TV but usual Free Veiw channels. No milk available you have to go to BP Garage and buy your own i was told. $250 all up was going to stay 2 nights but 1 night I did. Stayed at another down the road $170 for everything and spacious accommodation and parking. U Residence needs to tweak so its value for money and advertise what you are getting and not.

We were comfortable, really suited our two night stay we could easily stayed longer. Close parking was a bonus and a great location to explore Wellington Central

The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We were allowed to take our dog too, which was great! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Certainly central location,was adequate for stay duration Will use again in future

Siren for police /fire are frequently used. May be banning police and fire or put unruly people in wood chippers

Great location for where we needed to be (Harbourside Conference). Toasty and warm with a big southerly that whipped through Wellington while we were there. We loved the apartment set up and lounge area separate to the sleeping areas. The full kitchen meant we could have cooked breakfasts before heading out for our day. New World couple of blocks away for supplies. Lots of eateries close by..but with the cold cold weather we were happy to order in most nights. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus - we had been travelling for 3 days prior to getting to Wellington so this facility was awesome.

Slats on bed base of one of the single beds were loose and was not able to support the matterss while lying on it - wasnt a major though and the management addressed it promptly. Big southerly winds when we stayed and the railings on the deck were loose. Was loud clacking noise while the wind was up (one of the nights) which was a bit of a hoha for those sleeping in the master bedroom ... also worried for damage that may be caused if they became loose.

water in shower not hot. breakfast was not as an exceptional breakfast, Hotel should have permanent reception.

Excellent location and facilities. Car parking was included. the apartment was immaculate and contained very up to date equipment and furnishings. We could not fault it.

Nothing could have been better.

I really liked being able to sit outside on the deck in the sun.

We rung and asked if we could check in early it was no hassle, staff were great

there was no reception. I didn’t know you have to send a photo of your ID in beforehand to get access so I was left standing on the street trying to ring the place to get in. The room said with a view and was advertised with a view of Te Papa and the harbour but upon arrival I discovered that there’s now a large building in the way.

Nothing stayed one night then checked out next morning requested refund for the following 2 nights booked.

It was like sleeping in a building site literally. They were building nextdoor and in the same building we were staying in. Not that clean either!

Poor booking and check-in experience, clearly not managed well, as there was a party happening onsite until 3am that was not taken care of by management.
