It is not as clean or convenient as a hotel, but I was able to stay in Kamakura at a relatively reasonable price. The breakfast was good for a Japanese home-style meal.

If this is your first time using a public toilet and bathroom, it may be a bit inconvenient.

Good location, close to Enoshima and Shichirigahama Beach; In-room shower and tub, along with public spring; Excellent dinner and breakfast (with fresh seafood); Friendly hostess, exactly what you would expect.

Upon check-in, you will be asked to book a session for the public spring, which is limited to 30 minutes. That being said, usage will be free for everyone after 23:00.

The place is very comfy. If you are searching for real Japanese experience, I am recommending it. The price/quality ratio was top notch. Really friendly staff and delucious meals. Be aware that it isn't 5 star hotel so don't expect fireworks :) I really enjoyed my stay there over Christmas time. It is very close to Enoshima island and shonan beach with iconic train pass from Slam Dunk anime. If I ever will be around again I will be staying in this place :)

The location of the annex is brilliant - it's quiet and closer to the beach that I can simply walk along the seaside from the annex to Enoshima; The meals are absolutely tasty with very fresh seafood, and the dishes are updated everyday - I don't need to worry about what to eat for breakfast and dinner at all; The facilities of my room is a bit old but still quite cozy to me and the hot bath at the public bathroom is very comfortable as well.

Although I appreciate the tastiness of the dinners very much, there are quite many dishes in a single dinner - I can finish the whole meal but feel quite stuffed; I would even appreciate more if they can provide an option which can allow travelers to choose to have fewer dishes.

Very stayed in an annex, very quiet and it was right behind supermarket and very close to the sea to that point that we can hear sound of the waves in the night.

My room was too far from the toilet. We were hoping to have a view from the window as it's showed on the picture.

I really like the atmosphere of the hotel so much. The staffs are very kind. When I checked in, the receptionist gave me a tour of the hotel to show me around the facility and the room I stay. And gave me a detail instruction where I can take bath and where I can have breakfast in morning. The breakfast was really great! I stayed there for 2 nights. Each morning, they served me different menus of breakfast, which surprised me a lot. Both time, the breakfast were really delicious. Especially, the fish was really exquisite. It was a big surprise that I could have such fresh fish and delicious miso soup each morning. I wish if I could have such wonderful breakfast everyday(^^) The bathroom was nice too. You can have 30 minutes for use the bathroom as a private bath. I'm very glad I could take bath without being bothered by other people. I enjoyed the bathtime so much. I'm very thankful to all staffs at the hotel for such heartily hospitality. I hope I can stay there again soon.
