This unit was not a nice as the previous unit. Foul smell coming from laundry room and the dining table had a soon to be broken leg and one of the chairs did have a broken leg.

While my wife and I usually stay in bigger condos along with 4 grandchildren and daughter and son-in-law, we only had 2 grandchildren with us this week. This condo was perfect for my wife and I and 2 grandchildren. Condo was clean, had probably the most wet-stocked kitchen with regard to pots, pans, and casserole dishes. It had plenty of drawer space for clothing in the bedrooms. We only had 1 minor issue and Brooks and Shorey Resorts responded within 2 hours and resolved issue. In renting in the Panhandle area for nearly 35 years, I never had someone respond so quickly

The views from the balcony are amazing. Compared to a unit we’ve stayed in prior 303 is a little outdated as far as the furniture and the carpet throughout. I’d recommend bringing extra blankets as only one was provided.

Whole condo was in need of a total update. Carpet in living room was stained and very dirty, there was a water bottle behind one of the chairs, a pair of shorts in one of the drawers and the comforter in the master had what looked like blood stains on it. The furniture was so uncomfortable and old that we would sit on the bed to watch tv. The laundry area smelled like sewerage. Wehave stayed at other condos at Summerlin for the last 6 yrs. And none have been this bad.

Unit was perfect for our week-long vacation! Plenty of towels, unit was clean, view from the balcony was perfect, and we were close to everything. Condo was in a perfect location. Great view, and a short walk to the boardwalk/beach area. The unit was clean, but definitely needs updating. New furniture, and getting rid of the worn out carpet would bump 303 to a perfect 5 star. Another suggestion would be to take out one of the tubs and build a custom built in shower. A new Keurig would also make my wife happy. Brooks and Shorey staff was very helpful and I would highly recommend using them.

The property was in a great location, right on the beach. It was also nice that the beach chairs were set up for you each morning. Our unit was very outdated and in need of a good cleaning. The carpet was disgusting and the living room furniture was old, broke down and very uncomfortable. The oven also did not work so well. Although the location was great, I would not stay here again or recommend.

Great location! Superb view and comfort.
This is a fabulous location, no better view than this. Location is in the quiet part of Ft Walton Beach; chairs and umbrella setup are a plus however they are taken down 4-5 unless you have a big party and tip big. Check-in and Check-out are not very pleasing since you cannot be guaranteed checkin until 4pm or later, which for us was later. Check-out is 10am which is quite early considering we had such a late checkin. Beware, the cleaning lady knocks on the door at 9:30am. Other than that, the condo and unit is very nice.

A wonderful time away
The location of this condo is truly wonderful. Gorgeous sugar sand beach, big blue sky, emerald waters and and warm sun... all just steps away. Our boys enjoyed the updated TV in their room and I appreciated all updated comforters on the beds. The condo is clean and spacious (felt bigger than the photos). We enjoyed eating our lunches on the large balcony. Our boys enjoyed the heated pool (although it could have been a little warmer for me). The beach service with chairs and umbrella was wonderful. The mattresses probably could all be replaced but we all still slept well. The condo complex felt quiet at night too which was a bonus.

Would stay there again in a heartbeat
Check-in was a breeze. Our condo was even ready 3 hours before schedule. We found everything exactly as described in the listing. The condo provided everything we needed and the location was perfect. Beach views from the balcony are gorgeous! We went during college spring break but still there were no signs of rowdy crowds on the island. Everyone looking for party just had to cross the bridge to Destin, though. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.
