- no elevator, it is quite inconvenient for people who bringing luggage all the way go up to the 3/4th floor

location, but due very thin (and extremely dirty)window glass it gives you sleepless nights as it situated straight on the noisy street with bars, pubs and restaurants.

molded shower cabins, molded dirty wash machine, dirty walls and windows, bird poop outside the window, dusted bathroom fans, dripping ceilings, cracking walls, deficit of hot water during whole stay( apartment is situated for 8, we were 4 and only one person could have a short shower with hot water, by reporting the problem they couldn’t resolve it), broken items( your kids can easily cut their fingers). Unfortunately not possible to upload all the pictures as only 4 are allowed. I was impressed with the positive reviews and this is there they pointed as we complained. They meant our complaints were ridiculous and our photos are embarrassing. We are in tourist business for 40 years, renting our properties and know what the standard of cleaning, service and quality is. Such a shame to spend your money putting your health in danger and an enjoyment of the stay in absence.

The house is lovely and extremely in a central location. Lots of small nice restaurants within walking distance.

The area is very noisy late evening and early mornings but you do tend to get used to it. For us the area superceded the noise.

Beautifully designed and superbly spacious House. It is close to tube and buses but we walked to Covent Garden and the Thames due to short walking distances. The location is simply unbeatable - traveling with a family with teens, they were able to explore on their own, plenty of lovely places nearby to grab a bite. The apartment is as advertised. It is fully-equipped and spotless clean. Best choice and highly recommendable!

The House exceeded our expectations, large, bright, well decorated, spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms, privacy based on multiple levels. Not a quiet place but who wants quietness after 16 months of isolation. Very much enjoyed the location, ideal for walking the city with best open restaurants and cafes on the doorstep,

There was a technical problem the 2nd night we were there and landlords resolved it the following morning by moving us to another location, even upgrading our apartment. Everything was smooth and without any problems.

Nice big apartment. Well kept and very clean. 10 mins walk to Covent Garden and Chinatown and about 5 mins to nearby tube station. Nice restaurants and cafes along the street. The team kept close contact with us throughout our stay, making sure that our needs are taken care of.

The layout of the apartment ie 5 levels in total, no lift you have to carry your luggage up and down 5 flights of steps. dining room on level 1, master bedroom level 3 and two more bedrooms at level 5. There is a bar across the street. It can be a problem for light sleeper.
