Great location only 3 minute drive to shops etc

Booked this gorgeous house for my friends 40th birthday getaway. Deb the owner was so helpful and very quick with her responding to my messages.
I asked Deb if she could organise flowers for me as a surprise for our friend, and she did. Deb went above and beyond for us. The flowers were beautiful and she always put up happy birthday banners for us.
The house is extremely clean, beds so fresh and comfortable. A gorgeous outdoor area to sit back and relax , have a few drinks and chill. The house is close to a cool little cafe , the hot springs such a great location!
Can’t wait to book here again thank you Deb for everything and making our stay so special.

Lovely friendly host who made us feel welcome.Would definitely consider bringing my family in the near future.
As we come later in evening, the street lighting was poor. Drove past the home several times. Took note for the cool fence as a checkpoint.

The house is very modern, clean and comfortable. I can really recommend this place to a group of people or a family. There is plenty of space, and you will feel at home. Instructions from Deb were clear and prompt.
The beds are slightly hard, but nothing that stopped us from having a good sleep.

Very clean house with plenty of space and great facilities. The house had pretty much everything needed for an enjoyable multiple day stay. Great location, close to the beach and Rye town for shops and restaurants. The basketball ring and table tennis table was great for the kids!

This home is beautiful, spacious, open, and immaculate. The windows are amazing!! It is close to nearby beach activities and the owners clearly work hard to think of every detail.
