Bâtiment juste de l’autre côté de la rue, donc pas de jolie vue. - Bouteille d’eau déjà ouverte. Est-elle réellement neuve ? A-t-elle été reremplie ? - Pas de Chauffage ! - Pas de décorations, mur cache misère avec de la mousse collé à côté du lit pour cacher les fissures probablement - Cheveux dans le lit - La wifi marche par intermittence

Its comfortable apartment for family, you have fridge in the room and beds are comfortable. It was nice stay with children. The view is pretty nice. We liked that its not in the middle of Hanoi (too noisy there). You can always take cheap taxi to get wherever. Owner was kind and helpful and helped us to get from airport to apartment by car ~10PM.

The staff was super kind and helpful. They helped us to book a doctor appointment and rent a motorbike. The location is quite far from French Quarter, but super close to so many restaurants and small food stalls. The room is super big as well.

Nothing.

The home owners were extremely helpful and willing to assist at any time. The room is clean and things are in good condition. I can freely use the kitchen space as well as keep my motorbike during my stay. The family room with balcony on the 7th floor is a perfectly private space, with lots of natural light during the day.

The wifi router was not working very well though, as the Internet connection at my floor was quite poor. Maybe some checkup and fix would be good.
