Phone call day before our stay to say we had to pay over the phone or our booking would be cancelled, as they were very busy, they needed payment to confirm we were coming. We had chosen the “pay at property” option. Dirty walls. air conditioning choccas full of lint. Bathroom door and handle was busted, like it had been broken into. Traffic noice, always people out side in the car park being loud. They had a note on the single bed saying if this bed is used it’ll be an extra cost even though I booked for a room with a double and single bed. Dodgy area
