Soggiorno veramente piacevole, struttura incantevole. Zona esterna di piscina e relax spettacolare. Camere spaziose con letto molto ampio e confortevole. Lo staff è stato veramente disponibile e cortese con noi. Consiglio a tutti questo Resort. Posizione comoda per raggiungere Farsha, Old Market ed altre mete interessanti.

Il bagno era un pò antico ma passabile.

I very enjoyed the wonderful hotel. There is attention and services. It was one of the most wonderful days that I spent in Sharm .. Thank you to the reception team also for your cooperation

Overpriced and good for a couple of nights. Location was fine. Food was good. Room clean and bed comfortable. Entertainment was good at the bar area, thank you, it was enjoyable to see the fire show. No WiFi in rooms. Only in the hotel reception lobby. No air conditioning in evening in lobby when 36 degrees outside. Limited seating in lobby.

Rooms are from 1940's, dated furniture Inc appliances. Nice balcony with good size. Ignored staff telling me I can't take fruit from the restaurant outside.I was fully inclusive

The facilities and the food were great, the staff was super helpful as well.

Some of the entertainment staff were bothersome, while we were trying to relax by the pools they would come around to invite us to things but keep insisting that we come. Some would try to invite themselves to hang out with us.

Food was tasty and plentiful, bed was comfortable. Service was generally good. Room had a large table which can be used for work. They have deep pool (170-210 cm) suitable for swimming.

1) Biggest issue: on 5 days out of 10 we had no hot water. I hate to shower with cold water and expect to have hot water when I pay $90 per night. And hotel didn't even have a lot of customers, seems that even a small number of clients overloads hot water capacity. Possible reason: water flow is very strong and shower requires it to work: if you decrease water flow just a bit shower turns off and water switches to sink. They ask clients to use less water, but they force clients to use plenty of water because to shower you need very strong flow. It uses a lot of water, and hot water. 2) During the day and during the evening loud music is playing by the pool, and it can be heard in the room. At times I could hear it even when using ear plugs. Normally they turn it off at 23:00 (one time it was later), but if you need to go to sleep early you are in trouble. So it's not a quiet hotel. I asked reception to change room to a quiet one, and they told me there are no quiet rooms, all rooms are overlooking the pool and exposed to the music. Though they agreed to decrease the volume once, but it gets tiring to ask them every time. 3) Air conditioner is effective but very loud, can't sleep with it being turned on. When not using it room becomes too hot quickly. However, I figured out that it becomes hot because of the fridge (which is also very effective). Turning off the fridge fixed the problem - room stopped becoming too hot. However, this means you can't really use the fridge. 4) Room design and furniture is pretty old, though everything is working. 5) Maybe I'm spoiled by Pickalbatros hotel, but this hotel's staff generally didn't seem very friendly to me, compared to other hotels we stayed in and other Egyptians we met during 29 days in Egypt. Examples: The boy in the beach towel box tried to resist changing my beach towel to a new one several times.

The rooms were very clean and spacious with a pool view. They had a private pool in case you wanted to enjoy the water and the sun in quiet without any disturbing music. The staff were very friendly and attentive. In the restaurant, they always asked for our opinion on the food and made sure we had everything we needed. We had the best time and we will definitely visit again soon!

The lobby isn’t air conditioned and the AC in the restaurant didn’t reach our table because ours was at the near back of the restaurant by the windows. The housekeeping needs to be more attentive.

clean and tidy

The vacation was perfect. All the staff have been extremely friendly and did their best to make our experience the best, especially Hommos, the chef who continuously kept asking of our opinion. The pool was amazing.

All the staff are very friendly, the hotel Resort is very clean and beautiful. The service is wonderful 👍❤️❤️❤️

You need to take a shuttle bus to the beach

This is our second time in the Resort. We absolutely loved the room and the view of the pool. The food was delicious and the staff remembered us from last week so they were ready when we arrived after our diving cruise. The bed is massive and comfortable. We had AC in the room which we very much needed. Sharm is hot! We waited by the pool until our taxi came to pick us up. So we enjoyed the sun, the pool and the refreshments at the bar. And the manager came to greet us and offer us expresso. It was a nice gesture, that we appreciated We will certainly be coming back next year.

The food in this hotel is exceptional, compared to other 5* hotel. AmiSol is bringing lots of Dannish guests. Hassan the manager is very considerate and polite. Animation team (Alex and Momo) are trying their best to entertain guests. This is relatively small hotel, makes everyone feel special. Nice atmosphere overall.

I had an exceptional request for fearher pillow, but it was not provided due to hygiene reasons.

I really liked the attitude of the staff towards the guests. They are ready to solve any problems in your favor. The restaurant and cuisine deserve special thanks! The hotel is next to Mercato promenade. The beach is close, it's a city beach. There is a beautiful reef. I was satisfied with the price-quality ratio. And I'd like to come again

Only 1 bar. Restaurant only indoors and very unattractive. Rooms antiquated with old furniture poor lighting, ancient bathroom, Food was boring. Some dishes appeared every single day. Terrible coffee in the restaurant. Poor evening entertainment. Outside the hotel was a disaster..roadworks, awful shops

All of it. Lovely relaxing environment. Big rooms. Hearty meals.

The culture to ignore /dismiss women was unwelcome at times. Gruff attitude of some attendants. We respect the culture, but there are human on the other side and that should be respected in return.

The restaurant, the room and the view, all the pools, the neatly shaped hedges and flowers, housekeeping, maintenance, entertainment team, hotel's taxi service, the look of the resort at night - it's magical with all those lights. Everybody makes you feel welcome and if you need anything, they're there for you. Entertainment guys are great - during our one week stay there was a fire show, an Egyptian show, dancers in costumes accompanied by a giant monkey and daily stretching and yoga for those who wanted to join. I would especially like to compliment Said, the manager - he notices everything. He made the resort our second home, the all-inclusive experience even more than it already was - there are not enough words to give him the compliments he really deserves. The restaurant is nice, the chefs are not only good at cooking, but friendly as well, but the one person who stands out is Hossam. He made everyone feel welcome, under his watchful eye nobody was thirsty or sat at a messy table and his sense of humor made our stay even better. Housekeeping! Of course, they cleaned the room and yes, we got some extra bottles of water, but Mohamed surprised us with a different towel origami each day - from swan to an elephant, it was something to look forward to every time. Haytham, the head of maintenance. He told us where to reach him if we needed him, but we never had to since he made his rounds every day, making sure everything was ok. The two times we needed his help he fixed everything quickly and efficiently. I could go on, but I'll rather write a new review next year, since I am definitely coming back.
