Breakfast was delicious and varied. Included scrambled eggs. Room was clean. Staff were lovely even the security people. It is a bustling small hotel in lapu-lapu

There wasn’t a shuttle to meet us so we hired a van. $18 USD to the hotel from the airport, it’s a fair distance thru heavy traffic. No answer when we called the hotel. I will send a text before hand next time Hotel is amidst power lines and a very busy somewhat run-down area. Although the amenities of the hotel are excellent. It might be a good stay for business but not a “touristy” area

Great location close to the airport with a free shuttle. Staff were super lovely and accomodation, even prepared us a takeaway breakfast pack as we had an early flight.

Lovely little hotel near the airport. They picked us up from the airport with no issues even at 2am, and upgraded our room. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. Breakfast in the morning was included and was a nice buffet with lots of options of Filipino food and more western staples. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Trotz Hauptstraße war die Ruhe im Zimmer gegeben und man konnte sich entspannen. Freundlichkeit und Hilfe durch das Personal waren sehr empfehlenswert und immer zuvorkommend. Shuttleexpress hatte gut funktioniert. Zum anderen war auch das Frühstück sehr gut und zu empfehlen. Würden dies von unserer Sicht immer weiterempfehlen

It's really comfortable room and clean toilet. Pick up and drop off to airoport with no charge was amazing and the driver was on time. Breakfast was really good as well

The fridge made noises all night.

The room had a view, it was spacious and had a very good ensuite. It's proximity to the airport made for hassle free travel. The shuttle service was efficient. We were able to leave our bags at the motel, until we were ready to catch their shuttle service to the airport. The mall was a short ride and easy to access by jeepney or taxi.

There were no obvious restaurants or shops within walking distance. Personally staying in Cebu City would be a better option if staying longer than a day or two as need to catch taxi/grab to/fro and cost adds up. No information on tourist attractions or activities.

Close to the airport. About 110pesos in a taxi. Staff incredibly friendly.

Water leaked from the bathroom shower a little.

Airport pickup was arranged & confirmed by the hotel , then Our flights were changed I messaged the hotel new flight details & times. They were not there to pick us up. When I questioned that on arrival they said they sent a car to the original flight arrangements. I was informed also that our room had been upgraded. That was not the case as a room with 2 separate bed had been booked originally.Another bed was brought to the room. When original bed was moved to fit it in, the floor under the bed was absolutely filthy. It had not been cleaned for a long time. Bed cover was a thick comforter(Doona). A thin sheet would have been more appropriate with a separate blanket

room floor is very dirty and full of dust. the beds are also dusty and have this bad odour on the pillows and blankets. quite a letdown because our check in was 7pm. more than enough time to ensure the rooms are clean and etc. personnel who picked us up from the airport and helped with our luggages have asked twice for tip from my husband. my husband who grew up and worked most of his life in Philippines was taken aback that hotels in Cebu already have a tipping culture. that when we moved on to the next hotel he was quite surprised that they don’t have tipping. he doesn’t mind the tipping but to be asked by it twice in a row in less than an hour can be a bit disappointing.

they let us check in a little early, they upgraded us into a suite room instead of deluxe, with no explanations and didn’t bother to us!
