The location is great! I can imagine that the pool would be nice during warmer days. There are some nice services such as valet. Breakfast was nice, although nothing super special.

Unfortunately there was a lot we didn’t like about the property. We had to move out of the first room we got because the shower did not work. In the second room we got, the window did not close properly and kept making noise because of the wind. It is absolutely not worth the price you pay. The facilities are outdated, the hair dryer didn’t work properly (and they didn’t have any extra ones to offer), things are rusty in the bathroom. One night they left our car out on the street and in the morning when we asked they had forgot that they even had our car keys. One morning at breakfast, at 8:00h, there was no plates left and it took staff 10 minutes to bring plates out for the guests to be able to eat. We won’t be coming back, even though the location is great and Itajuba doesn’t have much else to offer. It is just not worth the money.

Exceptional choice for breakfast - even for vegetarians. The staff was lovely, always helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location - we were there for a wedding and we had everything we needed: restaurants closeby, shops, supermarkets and pharmacies - there is even a lovely ice cream place right in front of the hotel. We also used the pool which was nice - not very big, but we were the only ones up there, so it was ok.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast exceed expectations. The rooftop area is pleasant, if a little on the small side. Valet parking was included and ran very efficiently. The property was very clean overall.

I stayed at the presidential suite and it is a little dated. The bar is not fully staffed nor stocked, and I had to go elsewhere to get a drink. No chilled wine available. When we arrived in the room the frigobar had just been plugged in and all the beverages were warm.
