Perfect location for my needs and greta value

Nice place and really well located. Guests were mostly business people. The staff was very kind. I think I will be coming back.

Not fault of the hotel but there was a very loud construction work in the neighborhood.

Everything, from our arrival until our departure, was a nightmare. I shall never forget the attitude of the entire staff towards our family. We travelled with a young family and our babysitter, and the personnel made us feel quite uneasy at all times. At breakfast, they were disrespectful to our babysitter and my mother, shouting out loud that if she didn't complete her dish, she would have to pay more. The customer service is terrible, and the breakfast was choking... The bread was old and dried, the coffee and juice tasted old, the place was dirty, and the chef was doing a lot of things at once without washing his hands. I will not suggest this establishment to ANYONE. If you want to have a good experience, avoid at all costs. Also, keep in mind that the restaurant where you have breakfast is not owned by the hotel; additionally, if it is raining, you must exit the hotel to access the breakfast area (we had to go in the rain with two kids). Finally, the vehicle park costs 20 REIAS PER DAY and is not accessible on the way up to your room (You must exit the hotel) we had to this with 2x young children and return to the reception area to take the lift. This hotel is a nonsense; it is better to spend a little more money and feel welcomed somewhere else. The rooms are a bit small, and all three of the rooms we booked smelled like cigarettes (which was very unpleasant). When we arrived, I called room service to order food for my two young children, and the lady on the phone had an awful attitude and said she was too busy to take the order and asked me to call back later, despite the fact that we had just driven for 5 hours with the kids and nothing was available near us, so I had no choice but to wait. I hung up on room service after 20 minutes since she was clearly unhappy with my call. The food arrived swiftly, but the entire experience was painful. Its very difficult for me to leave a negative comment such as this but I think people desserve better.

I've been staying at this hotel for the past 20 plus years, staff always great, between Paulo, Alex , Francielle and others, they always make my visit pleasant and smooth. Breakfast good, convinient hours, good varieties of fruits and breads. Love the location, near Paulista, and all choices of good restaurants at the Jardins, and easy to get to the airport too.

Location, cleanliness of room, friendliness of staff

We were charged for a number of items from the frigobar that we did not consume. we put some of our own items in the fridge and do not know if there was confusion on the part of the staff member checking each day. We were in a hurry to leave so there was no time to dispute the charges. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
