Zimmerservice wurde 1 Tag vergessen, Einfahrt Tiefgarage sehr eng.

Frühstück habe ich im Hotel dazugebucht und war sehr gut und umfangreich

I'm really sad to only give this place a nine because it would have definitely received a ten if it hadn't have been for a couple of minor issues. Everything was tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the garage space was perfect. We took a trip into the centre of Munich using public transport and it was easy.

The smoke alarm beeped every hour and the WiFi was off, we received a letter at check-in to say they were on holiday with an emergency number. We tried sending a message first but after a couple of hours we called the number. We were asked to go to the restaurant to resolve the issue which was unacceptable, especially since it was raining. Otherwise our stay was amazing.

Room was very clean and had a balcony, small kitchen with fridge and microwave (due to our short stay, we did not use it but would be useful for others staying longer). Towels, Shower gel and shampoo were abundant. Places where we needed to visit were easily reachable by car. Parking was provided with extra 5€ (bigger vehicles must carefully park).

beautiful room with a balcony, big bathroom , nice workers, very good region. breakfast was also good! thank you!

everything is fine but it was dusty, the dust on the hair dryer, when the curtains were pulled back, the dust scattered around the room. the windows are dirty with the handprints of past guests. but overall it was clean

I felt as if I was at home. Very comfortable flat. Staff were adorable and friendly.
