Excellent location, friendly and approachable staff and clean! Having a pool was a bonus!

location is perfect abd the pool, it was not a five start hotel but nothing in caye Caulker really is except for maybe a hand full of high end places, our particular unit had an amazing ac and although it did not have a patio or view of the ocean it was very nice because our unit didn’t get the sun beating down on our room. which was nice for sleeping in. Elroy the security guard is super nice and is there all night long, we felt very safe, but honestly Caye Caulker is very safe

the condo is part of a complex and on some sites advertises access to a roof too patio, however that was only available for 4 units not for our room which was #9.. but honestly not a big deal because salty is right across the road and you can grab a 3 dollar beer and go sit on their covered dock on a hammock or swing

Lo cerca del embarcadero, frente a la playa, que contaba con piscina.

La entrada a una de las habitaciones era de Arena y se entraba a la habitación, el aire acondicionado muy viejo funcionaba poco y el ventilador de pedestal adicional muy pequeño y viejo. En la otra habitación ubicada en el 2do. Nivel las cortinas eran transparentes. El equipamiento de la cocinera muy escaso, por ejemplo solo una cuchara.

Not as advertised, condos are individually owned, and therefore stocked and maintained as owners deem necessary. AC leaked everywhere, cooktop unsafe, no toaster, micro, cups, glasses, usable frypan/pots, few utensils.

Check out time was a bit too early.

It’s right next to the beach - that’s definitely the chief attraction. Room was big and had a place to cook. Air conditioning was good. The pool was beautiful.

One of the beds was hard as a stone. The bathroom was terrible. Rust on the sink, the shower head sprayed in random places, there was a leak from somewhere and the floor was always wet. There was a safe in the room, but it had no batteries so couldn’t be used. One of the windows in the room couldn’t be locked. I paid for a room with a sofa bed, but instead the room had no sofa bed and they charged us for a portable bed to be setup. I couldn’t find my email which detailed the sofa bed, so I just let it go since it was only $15. When it was time to check out, they refused to let us store our bags there so we could explore the island, even though there was space in a storage room. They said just leave your bags in a courtyard on a picnic table!

they post for $63 a night with 50% deposit but, when you get there you need up pay total over $100 smh since they can’t return your deposit you kind of stuck with it. i wont recommend this place.

The location is excellent.

Basic but for the price it was very good really.
