Front desk and concierge very helpful and friendly. Location is in the old quarter.

Rooms are small, we had an upgraded room and it was still pretty small.

Hotel lobby was clean, staff was friendly and approachable. Hotel room was a bit small yet bed and bath were very clean. Lights and TV were connect by one big control next to the bed. Wifi was strong and smooth. Overall everything is beyond my expectations.

Breakfast I would say it was a little bit pricey for Vietnamese customers. Around 450,000 VND per person but not a lot of choice of food. I used to have breakfast at a 6 stars hotel but buffet used to be only 700,000 VND. Also, when I arrived, the reception staff said even though I didn’t register for breakfast buffet I can still able to have breakfast buffet every morning yet did not make it clear that we would be charge since it’s not free.

Big and clean room, excellent wifi, excellent breakfast, good quality staff, excellent location (walking distance to all places to visit).

No view (wall in front of the window), and noise of outside air-conditioning machines when window is open.

The room was a bit noisy and the gym too small

The hotel itself was Okay, lobby restaurant etc. But the room was unacceptable dark and smelly l When we complained we were informed that something will be done but nothing happened.. We cannot recommend this hotel to anybody.

I liked the location. All the places I went to eat at were close by so definitely walkable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very good service

The service was excellent.. all are very caring.. Yes .. like miss THU VU...has helped for searching nearby tourist spots , for service, food and all queries were well satisfied.. The culture is really amazing and nice ... I will definitely visit it again....
