This is a charming Guest House. I stayed so that I could go to the Three Counties show. It is an excellent location for access to the Malverns and also for the lovely town of Ledbury. The hosts are very welcoming , the rooms really comfortable with lots of thought having gone into the extra features which make the stay personal and are often missing in the larger establishments. Breakfast very tasty! Intend to go back and thoroughly recommend.

The location was great only just outside Ledbury. The Hotel had a cosy Guest House feel and the lovely couple looking after us were always on hand and very attentive. The area was very peaceful, the rooms were large and offered everything a guest would normally want, and breakfast was very good. Had decent parking facilities.
Everything was good so this is only a minor point. The bed cover was a bit heavy and tended to slip off the bed.

Owners were extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good.
Decor is dated, and our shower was poor in room 3. Either water pressure was intermittent or unit valve was faulty as shower literally ran hot and cold with no power.

Convenient location. Lovely decor. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Surprisingly little road noise, despite being only just off the main road. Great wifi, TV, and coffee-making facilities. Very obliging hosts: even found us a pack of cards to use on request, when we arrived.
Water pressure could have been stronger for the over-bath shower. Otherwise faultless.

We loved everything. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing, huge, beautifully furnished, super comfortable. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was excellent. Good quality and served hot. We really liked the fresh fruit salad too.

All was fine for a one night stay, and although it is a little way out of the town, we were provided with a good list of places to eat, which was very helpful.
Just one difficulty and that was finding it; mainly because the sign by the wall could not be seen from either direction of travel.

Our room was upgraded which was great. A lovely room. Breakfast was delicious and our host couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely return. Really pleased with stay

Location is a bit of of town so you need a car

I had a home cooked full English breakfast the first morning. Every element was lovely. I chose the lighter smoked salmon and scrambled eggs the second day , very nice. We were made to feel very welcome , and had a lovely time. Very spacious room with lots of period/vintage touches. Made a really nice change to staying in the modern impersonal hotel.

A quiet room in a calm hotel. Very pleasant atmosphere created by the hosts making me feel secure at at ease.
The bathroom has secondary glazing and this probably could be updated to double glazing plus a fan
