Exceptional value for money. Very good self service continental breakfast. Minutes from airport, and several restaurants within a few minutes drive, ie pizzeria del arte is highly recommended. Easy parking and friendly staff. Clean rooms every day. Midday check in and check out. Good WiFi and plenty power points and USB charge points.

In our room, the shower and sink drains stank at night. Our kids next door had no problem however it was the one issue with the place. We wet a towel and placed over the shower drain, plugged the sink used towels to seal the shower stall. You can hear people in their rooms etc, but the guests were all quiet at night, the hotel emphasises quiet using images on each door.

Difficult to locate without sat nav and interestingly locals asked at the main shopping centre just south of the airport of Salvaza did not know of your location. I suggest you explain through Booking.com that the turn to take on the D616 is JUST BEFORE the roundabout exit to the autoroute as there is no return if that one is taken in error. Their map did not show this small turn into Zae La Ferraudiere or later turn into Rue Alessandro!

I had a room that HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED, AND the LINEN HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED. When I made a complaint at the front office they did not believe me !!!! And they had to come in the room and check for them selve... of course, i was right. The next room had clean bed linen, but if you look at the cleanness of the rest.... grazy.. dirt everywhere... shower soap was empty... just had the feeling that the cleaning staff wasn't under the control of the manager. Otherwise, this would never happen. It is an IBIS that has standards normally... avoud this hotel if you want a clean room.....

Check in was easy using broken French and English. There are plenty of Parking spaces, so that was easy. There are many shops nearby to buy food, utensils and clothes. There was hot water in the sink and shower when I wanted it. The hotel was on a quiet side road near to the airport and access to all routes around Carcassonne. Only about 2-3Km to the Citadel SW of the Aude, and the Rail station and Canal du Midi in the "New City" on the NW bank of the Aude.

A broken door stop on the wall behind the room door. Marks in the floor from a previous bed? On a non smoking floor there was Cigarette smoke smell in the corridor each day. except after a guest complained?

Functional, adequate and convenient for airport. Great parking provision. It is fine for a late stop over.

Shower head bracket broken. In need of repair. Sink was outside very restrictive toilet area. Not ideal.

Very friendly and helpful staff who listen and did their best to fulfill customer demand. Clean room and bed sheet. Easy check in Chen out. Privet parking.

Shower head holder was broken. And the shower space smelled a bit before using.

Compared with Accor's F1 rooms at a similar price, the room was bigger and had a good private shower and separate WC.

Washbasin waste pipe leaked. Luckily, the receptionist found a plastic bucket and some extra towels, so not a major problem.
