Co me prekvapilo asi nejvice bylo jidlo, ktere bylo nesmirne chutne. Osobne nejsem clovek, ktery by mel rad animacni programy a i ty jsou zde udelany tak, ze zaujmou. Pokojum snizuje komfort odhlucneni. Bohuzel z chodeb jde slyset kazde slovo a staci jeden hlucny soused a nespite. Necekejte zde a koraly na potapeni. Jak mi rekl plavcik-v okoli jsou vydrancovany. Plaz je ale cista s pozvolnym vstupem do more takze aspon toto je velike plus.

It is nearby the airport, rooms are clean and tidy, staff are amazing! View is spectacular, beach is pristine! A very organised resort! Good value for money! Thank you to Mr. Mohammed N. reception and concierge team, they are polite, friendly and provided me with an efficient check in, special thanks to Mr Ashraf for being so accomodating in giving me a better room. Thank you to Mr. Hazem (F&B manager) who is helpful and makes my stay comfortable and easy. Thank you to Mr. Mohammed Farag (pastry chef) Mr. Osama M., chefs etc. and all the F&B team (I hope I can list all your names), especially to all the waiting staff for my making my dining experieces extra special, you guys are amazing and working tirelessly with smiles on your faces. Their restaurants got variety of food choices to choose from! Thank you to Mr Mohammed Saed, Mohammed F. and Mr. Mohammed Emaan and his team. The baristas and bar tenders here are very good and efficient, their coffee and cocktails are delicious (but you gotta choose which ones that you like). I like that each night they got this unique theme for cocktails and pastries. The lifeguards and by the beach/pool staff are friendly and helpful and always attentive to your needs. Activities are good as well! If you want a massage, look for Lora, she is very good! Thank you to Abdullah and Yusuf (housekeeping) and team in keeping my room tidy, clean and organised. Overall, I had a wonderful and very comfortable stay! All staff are efficient, friendly, always with all smiles and greetings, and super attentive! Keep up the good work!

Fijne accommodatie goed personeel .

We love our stay in hotel , room and the view was amazing. The staff was extraordinary , just helpfully with everything. I would like to pay special attention to certain people such as: Hazem Shehata And Mohamed Nabil. Thanks to which this holiday is one of the best we have ever had and we will come back for sure. We experienced such hospitality as in no other hotel.

Minden nagyon szuper volt , mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom , ki emelnem Hazem , Jusef és Zsófi szolgálatait nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak !❤️❤️

Nagyon jó a szalloda. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, bőséges étel ital választék. Rendkívül kedves és udvarias személyzet. Külön köszönet Mr. Hazem-nek, különleges figyelemben részesültünk, laktózmentes tejet is szerzett részünkre. Külön öröm volt számunkra a szállodában található shisha bár, ahol Alaa rendkívüli figyelmet és kedvességét tanúsított felénk. Külön plusz, hogy Zsófi a szállodában magyarként dolgozik.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und weitläufig. Es ist sehr sauber, es wird ständig überall geputzt. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, Shops, Apotheke, Arzt, etliche Bars, verschiedene Restaurants. Das Zentrum ist mit dem Taxi schnell zu erreichen.

Персонал отеля отрабатывают на 5+ . Отдельное спасибо хочу сказать менеджеру по ресторанам Hazem-у! за организацию вкусных ужинов. В отеле всегда чисто все убрано и помыто. Ресепшен да и вообще весь персонал очень отзывчивы и стараются сделать для гостей по максимуму, для комфортного пребывания в отеле!

Отсутствие шумоизоляции дверей абсолютно. Внешние блоки кондиционеров просто стоят на крыше без каких либо демпферов и вибрация от их передается конструкциям, исправляется все за 3 копейки было бы желание собственников.

Het personeel Mostafa Gaber en Mohamed Gamal van het Restaurant Asiatique zijn zeer ervaren, attent en in voor een lolletje. Heerlijk! Verder was het grote zwembad heerlijk verwarmd en het eten was iedere dag goed verzorgd. We vonden de fly-board show in het zwembad geweldig om te zien. Heerlijke bedden aan het strand.

Everything was perfect! Convenient stay, cleanliness, room service, food quality and staffs are very friendly especially , Mr Hazam Shehata. He is caring for guests and asking everyday on guest’s needs. Also Mr Shaaban Tawfik, the front office manager who was very helpful and providing us all possibilities to be comfortable. Awesome staffs and services.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Suite mit Meerblick. Bekamen täglich Wasserflaschen ins Zimmer gebracht und sogar eine Obstschüssel. Im Zimmer gab es alles vom Duschgel bis zum Rasierer. Die Pools waren teilweise beheizt schön verteilt über die ganze Anlage. Es gab immer Liegen zu finden oder Tische in den verschiedenen Restaurants. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Der Fitnessraum ist toll ausgestattet.

In allen Restaurants werden in etwa gleiche Speisen angeboten also meine Vorstellung einmal asiatisch einmal französisch einmal arabisch zu essen wurde nicht erfüllt. Das Billiard Abrechnungssystem könnte überdacht werden. Denn es muss ein Ticket an der Rezeption bezahlt werden, das könnte der Mitarbeiter, der bei den Tischen sitzt auch erledigen.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel est idéale. Au calme tout en étant très proche de l'aéroport et à distance raisonnable de la ville d'Hurghada. La situation front de mer est parfaite avec avec une grande plage de sable fin et très bien entretenue et très propre. Le personnel de l'animation est très avenant. Le personnel des restaurants ainsi que des bars est également très sympathique. Les soirées du 24 décembre et 31 décembre ont été magnifiquement organisées

Ce complexe est idéal pour les famille mais à vivement déconseiller aux couples qui recherchent un semblant de calme. Les restaurants qui sont soit disant à thèmes sont corrects. Toutefois la cuisine ne correspond pas au descriptif qui en est fait sur le site de l'hôtel. Les jours et les différents restaurant se suivent et se ressemblent. Nous sommes entre autre toujours à la recherche du restaurant marocain qui n'existe plus mais qui est toujours mentionné sur le site de l'hôtel. Les bars sont simples et hormis le dolce vita lounge bar ceux-ci ont peu de cachet.
