The hotel is very good, it is in the center of busy Hanoi, amidst very narrow streets and full of restaurants. My friends and I loved the hotel reception, they served us tea with fresh fruit and also with a charming smile. Everyone is very friendly and resolved all our problems quickly. On the last few days, when we needed to find a taxi to go to the airport, the hotel staff kindly helped us with our luggage. The location is perfect and you can do almost everything just by walking, the cleaners done very well the job changing the bedsheet and towels, the air conditioning works very well and the room had a reasonable amount of space since there were three of us. We didn't have any problems with noise or any other unpleasant situation. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the hotel's breakfast, I was expecting more options and also Western options. I mentioned this to the hotel receptionist and she told me that this is because they like guests to try local food and enjoy Vietnamese breakfast. I understand this point, but some people don't like Asian food that much or it takes time to get used to local food. I really missed a croissant, fried egg, jam, etc. I also found the bathroom space to be very small and the bathroom drain is close to the toilet, the water from the shower can mix with the bacteria in the toilet and cause fungi, bacteria or microbes on the feet. I felt a little insecure taking a shower this way, I asked an employee why the bathroom designer was like this and he told me that in Vietnam the bathrooms are made like this with the drain outside the shower and close to the toilet. I just had these concerns at the hotel and I believe that I would definitely return soon for an even better experience.

Exceptional customer service. They helped with every aspect of my stay and day trips. Great job Mr. Dong, Ms. Rose, Mr Brian, Ms. Kimmie, Mr Harry, Mr Peter, and of course the cleaning team who are the critical unsung heroes of any hotel.

Low ceilings in the stairwell and restaurant proved more effective at waking me up than the delicious coffee.

Personeel super vriendelijk. Daarnaast kamer echt schoon en locatie dichtbij alles. Zijn er goed geholpen door Rose.
