La cortesia del personale ottima: un sorriso al mattino rende tutto più semplice. La colazione è soddisfacente anche molto fornita, bei dolci, probabilmente ottimi, purtroppo non li potevo assaggiare tutti, ma c'era l'imbarazzo della scelta. Offriva anche pezzi salati, una colazione quindi a buon livello internazionale. Locali pulitissimi e accoglienti, caldi come le case di campagna di una volta. Come dire: tecnologia e tradizione ben amalgamati. In camera è presente il bollitore con tazze e bustine di tè. Fermata dell'autobus vicino, sotto i portici e quindi al coperto, A soli due km dalle Torri.
La camera era un po' stretta e io, elefante in gioielleria, ho inciampato nella tenda. Per cui potrei suggerire di togliere il tendaggio lungo, anche se dà un tocco d'eleganza, nelle camere più strette.

Free car park… lie! It's a very small space and is always busy. You have to stop on the street and there was a guest with his car towed. In fact, there is no car park.
You eat breakfast to the sound of annoying, loud music. When asked to turn down or turn off, staff simply ignore. They are rude and cynical.
And the surprise was when checking out, an absurdly high city tax rate even though my reservation was already included. And don't even think about trying to explain it to them, there's no point.
I'm trying to be refunded this tax with Booking, but it’s very difficult even though I have the receipts.

The hotel is close to the city center, it took us about 15 minutes to get there. The staff was nice, always willing to help. The hotel was very clean and neat. It is also very close to the local Emergency service🙂. They offered italian as well as continental breakfast.
We didn't like the traffic during the night.

Quarto e banheiro amplos, camas e travesseiros confortáveis. Café da manhã bom. Tem elevador, o que é importante e o estacionamento é privativo, gratuito e no próprio hotel. A localização é boa permitindo caminhar até ao centro histórico tranquilamente pelos pórticos.

It was in a good position in the city because the bus was in front of the hotel, but it was quite distant from the city centre (30 minutes walk). The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, the AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was good and various.
The bathroom was a bit small, in fact the door couldn’t fully open and it banged on the bidet.

Breakfast was basic, it could be more diverse. Location is fine, the hotel is located in a quiet street, just some 10-15 minutes of walk from the city center.
A taller person simply could not fit the bed, due to its smaller dimensions.

Upon arriving the hotel staff personnel was very kind and serviceable. The cleaning staff was also very kind. Rooms were very clean.
When leaving the hotel on a Sunday, we found that the staff was busier with having family discussions rather than evaluating their guests' stay. I paid the tourist tax and that was it—no questions about how we experienced our stay or any other communication than the bare minimum. Distance to the city center is a bit too long in my opinion, especially when you want to have dinner or just walk around the city center in general, you'll only find good restaurants where they speak English in the city center. That's something important you must look for when booking. Also, the breakfast was not refilled after 09:00 hours and looked nothing like the photos, on Friday and Saturday there was no meat, and no sandwiches after 8:30 only on Sunday the breakfast looked like the pictures for some reason (I presume because a lot of people behind the reception that day were family who owned the Hotel). The people behind the reception were busier having discussions and conversations amongst themselves than wishing their guests a good morning. They might do well by investing some time and money in their hotel service.

Generally good hotel, but lower three star
According rating I had too high expectation. Hotel is fine, but the best years are over. Furniture older, basic but good enough. Not hotel for honeymoon or for the demanding visitor. But in walking distance to the center. Car park has limited places.

Breakfast was good, The lady at the reception was very kind. Hotel is located in a good part of town, you are really quick in the city center.
Hotel didn't reply on our question via booking. We asked for a parking spot, but parking lot was full. We had room without openable window (one roof window very high from the floor), The room didn't matched to the photos. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Walls between rooms are very thin, you can hear what is happening in the corridor and in other rooms. Room wasn't cleaned well.
