I always stay here, when l come back to Bangkok. It's great area! Staff is nice and the rooms are comfy.

Sometimes l had no warm water, would have prefered more frequent room cleaning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great too

Fridge and a kettle

the day of the check-out i know i forgot the iphone headphones in the room and i immediately contacted the hotel from booking asking if they had found them but the response was very slow and in addition they told me they would let me know but i didn't had no contact with them so much that I had to contact the structure again and in the end I was told to contact the reception but I was already in contact with them. in the end I lost my headphones and they didn't help me at all then the room that they gave me was in really bad shape the air conditioner didn't work and it was dying of heat the toilet seat was super worn and the shower let you imagine, negative experience the only positive thing was the location of the hotel very central

room is very small, barely has a window so let’s no light in. 2 single beds pushed together

No coffee/tea making facilities. No fridge or safe.

The staff were lovely. Handy location. We only stayed one night as a stopover between flights but would stay again Down a quiet side street.

The shower. It has no curtain so all the floor is wet after the shower.

great location and nice staff

the room was a bit noisy, we could hear everything from the room next door and noise from the street/reception. Apart from that we could hear a shaking sound, not sure from where, but apparently from the door, so we had not a nice sleep.

Perfect location, good air conditioning and very friendly family who go out of their way to help in any way.
