Que estaba disponible, solo queríamos pasar una noche por cuestiones organizativas en la familia. Que está cerca (pero hay que ir en coche) de Segovia ciudad. El precio no es excesivo.

La cama por favor, el colchón con una funda de plástico anti meadas que sonaba como si fuera un chubasquero cuando te girabas. Además estaba bastante hundido ya, comparado con otro hoteles que hemos estado estaba bastante blando, y peso menos de 90 kg.

Limpieza y comodidad

La ubicación. La amabilidad del personal. Un 10.

Hay mucho ruido en los pasillos y cuando van a hacer la Limpieza tan temprano es como que estuviesen reformando la habitación.

La amplitud de la habitación y la calidad de la cama.

Si tuviese ducha en lugar de bañera sería perfecto. Además la bañera es muy estrecha y patina mucho, mucho.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room lovely. Good location.

Nothing, all very good.

The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom felt quite luxurious and was very spacious with double hand basins. There was a small fridge with mineral water and soft drinks (at a charge). Timetable for the bus to Segovia centre is in reception and the last one back is after 11pm so you can enjoy Segovia (which is wonderful), until.quite late.

We liked everything generally but we did not try the breakfast which at 10 euros seemed very expensive We also decided for this same reason, not to risk dining in the restaurant, although it would have been a good idea to see an example of the menu in the reception area which might have tempted us!. The bus stop is approximately in front of a Lidl and opposite an Aldi. It is little further than iI imagined at nearly 500 metres but the buses are frequent if you miss one.

it had parking

the hotel is very outdated and way over priced for what you get. the beds are so hard and it has a strange smell. the air conditioning doesn’t work and the carpet is very dirty. the front desk is not very helpful or Friendly either. it’s a 5 min taxi ride from Segovia and there are NO food options near the hotel. we asked if the pool was open and they laughed at us and said no. I won’t stay here again.
