This was a perfect option for my wife and myself. Property was clean, well equipped and just as described. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. Would surely stay here again.

This condo is cute, quaint, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It was quiet, neighbors were friendly, and we had the Pool basically to ourselves. It is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Parking onsite was easy. It was such a pleasure to stay here and even more to get to know Jud. He is very responsive, makes sure you have what you need. He truly thought of everything with this rental: from small details like coffee beans for the grinder, to umbrella/chairs/cooler to use at the beach, to chips/salsa/guac and beer awaiting us in the fridge when we arrived! We will surely return to stay here again!

Short walk to the beach, where we watched rays jumping everyday. Of course, the beach chairs and umbrella were right therefore us to use.Judd was always available when we needed. He also made handy suggestions on things to do in the area. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

Excellent host! Perfect location central to restaurants, activities, beach. Easy to walk or get public transportation. This unit is very private and yet steps from pool and hot tub. This place had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The owners really put a lot of thought into making sure their place felt like a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this wonderful home to everyone traveling to the Cabo area.

Visited Cabo again. First time renting accommodations. We got very lucky. Judy has an excellent ability to engage with others and is well respected by his neighbours here. The condo is perfect for a visit of , probably several months, depending on your needs. It is in the nerve center of San Jose and everything we wished for was available within a short walk of ten minutes. A little more to visit the town center. We walked all over Central San Jose and got most of the Canadian winter blahs dismissed. Pools are handy as are whirlpools and the folks who both visit and own, are friendly and obliging. Overall 5 Stars , Plus in our experience. Give Jud a try!

It is a beautiful condo with everything you need to really relax.

This great one bedroom condo met our expectations and then some. A very nice touch to have beers and other goodies waiting for us on our arrival. An extremely quiet complex and nice to be able to walk down to some great eating spots and a coffee shop. You will not find a more accommodating host than Jud. He was very quick to respond to any and all questions we had during our stay. Would definitely rent this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were most acomodating, giving us an orientation of San Jose del Cabo upon arrival and offering tips about the area, local transportation options, great places to eat, shop, etc. They had place a few treats in the fridge to welcome us which is appreciated when you are fresh off of the plane. We didn't have a car but that wasn't an issue for us as the condo is one block from the beach access and restaurants, 1 km to grocery shopping and 2 km from Historical Downtown and the Art District. The location is quite and serene. We didn't hear any road noise or the neighbors. If we didn't feel like walking a cab or bus was always close by. There are three pools and hot tubs very close to the condo with a variety of tables with chairs and umbrellas, and loungers to choose from. The grounds, pools and buildings are very well maintained with pleasant landscaping. The condo is accurately advertised. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with appliances, dishes, glass and acrylic stemware, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, etc. Even had a couple of cookbooks! The king bed is very comfortable and the linens and towels are of good quality. There is a safe for your valuables. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Smart TV so you can keep up with your favorite shows. The a/c and/or fans worked efficiently to keep us comfortable. Condo has it's own hot water tank so we never had to shower in lukewarm water. A clothes washer and dryer are located in the storage closet on the patio. Pool noodles, beach chairs and beach towels can be found there too. This space is perfect for anyone wishing to avoid stairs. I don't hesitate to recommend a stay here. San Jose del Cabo has loads of good restaurants and a great beach for walking! One day I was fortunate to see newly hatched turtles make their way to the ocean. A first for me!
