There was only a sheet on the bed; No blanket, no bedspread. There room was very cold. The heater was missing any knobs to contol it and therefor continued to produce cold air. There was no telephone in the room which made calling the front desk impossible. I checked out at 6am because I shivered for 4 hours and was unable to sleep. I reported it to the front desk and was offered only an appology and no compensation. "Buyer Beware"

When we got there, there was no one to check us in and the number on the "contact for night help" went to voicemail. We waited for about 15 minutes before someone finally showed up and he acted unhappy to see us there. The rooms slide lock was broken off of the door. The whole place looked run down and had a musty odor. At around 11 a.m. the fire alarm started going off and no one came to the room to evacuate and the room didn't have a phone so they could call. When my son and I went outside, no one from the hotel was out there telling us anything about the possible fire. About 20 minutes later we went back in, after the alarm stopped, and a lady said "Someone was smoking in their room, that's what the alarm was for." I'm only assuming she worked there.

The hotel has a quiet air conditioner.

I contracted SCABIES from sleeping in an infectious bed at this hotel! I stayed overnight and by the next morning I had several swollen, itchy raised bumps on my arms. I took an extremely hot shower and put alcohol on my skin. It didn’t help! Throughout the day the bumps continued to quickly spread to different areas. They’re painful with constant itching and a crawling sensation. If you scratch them, they dry up but continue to be painful. I will never ever in my life stay there again. I had to receive medical treatment and foot the bill expenses. Can you imagine if a child was affected by this?

The room stunk of dog urine when I turned on the fan. The bathroom stunk of mold. There were dirty spots on the floor in the bathroom. There was hair in the shower on the shower curtain. I only had two pillows on my king sized bed. I could hear neighbors on both sides of me. The blanket on the bed was thin and not very warm at all.

The hotel was horrible, dirty and rundown. The lady checking us in try telling me that a full bed was a king. I have never stayed in a joke of a hotel. I asked for a luggage stand, and no one knew what I was talking about. The ice machine was broke and they told us to try upstairs or to go to the hotel that was across the parking lot for ice. WTH??? The security door would not close right so it was left open, not good security in a shady place. I would not go back there for free.!!!

This place is horrible. Not a trash can in the room. No toilet paper dispenser. Towels were stained & smelled like they haven’t been cleaned. I could keep going…

Lot people walking at night and talking until 3 in morning and working on there cars old mobile home parked in the front look like people live in them dog poo every we're next door women was crying all day long alarm go off very often with no reason

The people above me were very noise late into the evening and early morning. The coffee maker was missing the the little slide cup that holds the coffee packets. I would have rated the stay higher , but i did not get a good night sleep and could not make any morning coffee

hotel is really run down. the lamp shade was broken and cracked. the office chair was so stained that I didn’t even want to sit in it. no phone in room. t.v. didn’t work and bathroom was way outdated.

It was alright until I checked out.

They took a deposit 30 dollar's over a week ago, still have not got it back to my credit card, I've called them many times. I guess that's how they make there money.

It was very inexpensive.

The booking said our room would accommodate a family of six, but when we got there, the staff said they had no such rooms available. They would not give us two rooms for the price of one instead. We had to start our hotel search all over again.

The room was alright.

I was staying for a week. I didn't receive any kinds of room service. No housekeeper knocked on my door to check if I needed anything at all. An I have seen and heard that the front desk manager telling the housekeeper that I didn't get any room service at all. An I don't believe that he should have treated me like that ways. So I believe that I should receive a full refund back for my stay. I didn't cause any problems with the lotus motel in Boise Idaho. I don't appreciate it. How i was treated.
