Good location in a safe, mostly quiet neighborhood. The balcony was nice, and the staff courteous and helpful.

NO working electrical outlets in the entire room! One broken outlet in the bathroom, dangerously close to the water source. Had to climb up on a chair and unplug the TV in order to use the only electrical outlet in the room to charge phones, etc. The comfort level of the room was ZERO - no clothes hangers or shelves, no towel bars or hooks, no shower curtain. Had to borrow a chair from the hallway to use as a shelf - the only alternative for the floor. The neighborhood itself was very quiet, but the staff of the hotel has a tiny dachshund which barked hysterically 24 hr a day.

The location is great if you want to be a little ways from Centro but is a nice walk to town (15 minute walk) or peso to town was 35 pesos in a cab..The staff is very good to give you lots of help and knowledge about the area and the bonus is they speak very good English! !
