Goede service en de rooftop terras had een gezellige sfeer en mooi uitzicht! Ontbijt was erg lekker!

De hygiëne kon iets beter, ook viel de stroom (en dus Wi-Fi) dagelijks uit. Blijkbaar is dit de normale gang van zaken, want niemand keek gek op.

It was in the middle of the city centre. Very helpful staff, clean and good quality room

The doors from the room could be changed for soundproof, it was easy to hear when people in the morning were checking out.

Otelin konumu çok güzeldi. Kahirede gezmek için çoğu yere kolayca ulaştık. Otelin en üst katında manzarası çok güzel olan bir cafe vardı ve akşamları oturmak için güzel bir yerdi. Oda konforluydu.

Su konusunda ara ara sıkıntı yaşadık, sifonu çektikten sonra bir süre musluklar çalışmıyordu. Temizlik konusunda odanın duvarları dışında gözümüze pis gelen yeri yoktu. Şampuan sabun gibi duş ürünleri geliştirilebilir

decrepit old building/ apartment converted to a hotel. Tv has wire cut, remote control broken, weird smell on the room, beds and room not clean, internet not working in the room..Stay elsewhere!

Stuff were shouting at 4am in the morning for hours. Very very noisy place. Party in the rooftop in the building that you heard all night. Beds were broken. The building smell really bad. Breakfast was horrendous.

Location is great , downtown area near museums and shops. You can walk to everywhere

The cleanliness was really poor. We arrive at 12 am and in the bathroom we only had 1 towel, also the walls looked really dirty and in a bad shape. In general we could see how dirty was everything. The sheets at least were clean and with good smell. Furnitures also in bad shape. We complained next morning and the room was changed to another one slightly better. During our stay, the never clean the room and we have to ask for more toilet paper and fresh towels in the reception. Breakfast super basic without juice (small piece of cheese, jam, 1 boiled egg and bread)

The location. Extremely central just off Tahrir Square. Nothing else.

I booked a double room and told them I'm checking in late at 3am. When I arrived they told me they gave my room to someone else and gave me a single room. Dirty, no towels, no toilet paper. Stained bed sheets. The WiFi was poor. The staff were not friendly. The photos on Booking.com look nothing like reality.

there was a cockroach in my room, there was no curtain in bathroom so each time I took shower everything was wet, the curtains in room were filthy and with some major stains

The first room they gave me was very small and the light in the bathroom didn't work, but the staff immediately changed the room! there were no problems

We were reluctant to book a shoody place after our experience in Luxor where the apartment was perfect BUT filthy unkept and the establishment not ready to receive us. We decided to book City Palace for the location and the reviews said the staff were on hand. While the location allows you to stay in the City and transport solutions especially UBER is so much wider this could be a prime location if the place was not so dirty, had a credit card machine and allowed you to pay with an online solution. Breakfast was also not inclusive as it came with an extra cost.

When we arrived at the establishment in the afternoon, The initial rooms we were given were not next to each other, did not have a built in shower and the main room looked grubby. On threathing to leave the staff found out two rooms across from each other for night one on the same floor and we got a balcony. This only after we had to fight for what we originally booked for. The location worked BUT The grime and dirt was so bad we thankfully found duvets in the cupboard and changed the grubby blankets. My point in pointing out the dirty space is that they have so many staff who sit at the front desk and could convert this to cleaning. The curtains are so dirty I cant imagine how improved the rooms could look like if they washed the curtains. The walls could do with a painting solution. This will drive so many clients on a continuous bases. Our worse experience is the extortion of fees which does not match booking.com. We asked to pay on day one when we arrived and they kept saying the credit card machine is not working. We kept saying we don't have foreign currency and would even pay the credit card charges BUT they forced us to draw the money. Thankfully the female manager on the last day finally gave in to allow us to pay the booking.com fee even with charges was far less than what they wanted to charge us. For a good location in the city at minimal costs this could be a good place. BUT as a cancer survivor having had a total larynegectomy cleanliness is high on our priority list. My advise keep asking for what you need. We eventually got towels, On the third day they cleaned the room. On day 2 the room was not cleaned. According to the owners as guests you have to ask for clean towels and for the room to be cleaned. Maybe keep this in mind
