It is a luxurious, modern hotel with very comfortable rooms. You can easily walk to the hotel from the haneda airport. There is a spa and onsen which is best I've ever used. and open 24 hours

It was very convoluted to navigate and actually quite a walk to your room depending on where they placed you.

la proximité á l'aéroport. le service client et facilités pour le check-in et check-out. la taille de la chambre, parfaite pour une personne. je pense que c'est la meilleur option quand on part du terminal 3 de Haneda ou qu'on y arrive, s'il faut faire un transfert. la distance au centre-ville est relativement courte pouvant même y aller pour quelques heures.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Worth every Yen I spent on this property. The facilities were phenomenal as there were great restaurants, a great spa and quiet room and best of all it was located right on Terminal 3. I will be sure to come back if I ever go back to Tokyo

Amazing Onsen, quite good buffets, very close to terminal 3 departures and other airport restaurants and facilities.

As a paying guest, all was well. After our flight was cancelled we returned for two extra nights courtesy of the airline. Only two staff to check in an entire flight. We were at the front of the line but those at the back waited several hours.

Convenience of location attached to airport. Easy to access, efficient check in/ check out process. Very quiet to allow for rest.

Our room was very small. Bathroom behind a curtain/windows. Food options at breakfast were not that great for European/American options.

ランドリーで洗うと機械によってはカビ臭くなってしまう所。 朝食エリアが大衆食堂の様にあまり衛生感がない所。 朝、食事中に空いたお皿とはいえ黙って持っていかれた。一言欲しかった。もしくは退席した後にしてもらえたら気持ち良かった。この点だけ違うホテルと思う様な対応の質の低さを感じた。(朝食の味は全く問題は無い)

とにかく綺麗で清潔。飲食等のお店も充実しており1日ホテルにいてもたのしかったしリラックス出来ました。

清掃の時間外に清掃に入っていただいたのですが、靴が片方無くなっておりさがしたら窓辺に置いてありました。 ありえない事でびっくりしましたが、多分清掃時間外に頼んだのでスタッフが怒ったのでしょうね。こちらとしても時間外でご迷惑かけたと思いますが、そこまでしなくてもと思いました。まあ、海外のスタッフあるあるだなと、、、。

Das Hotel ist direkt dem Terminal 3 angeschlossen. Wir waren hier für die letzte Nacht vor dem Abflug morgens und haben ein tolles Frühstück genossen, bevor es völlig stressfrei und nicht weit zu Fuss zum check-in ging.

Ich hatte mich auf das Thermalbad gefreut, wenn auch mit Zusatzkosten von ca. 12 € pro Person. Leider habe ich es nicht genutzt, da für meinen Partner keine passende Kleidung und Hausschuhe zur Verfügung standen. Die vorrätige Pyjamagröße L, ist nicht groß genug für einen großen kräftigeren Mann. Diesen soll man zusammen mit den Hausschuhen, die auch nicht in großer Größe vorhanden waren, auf dem Weg ins Spa tragen.

Location is good with a good view of the airport. The air conditioning is nice and the serving staff were very helpful. The lighting is also relaxing. It's perfect for people trying to catch early departure flights.

The rooms for 3 or 4 people should be more spacey, with additional spaces for placing luggages.

ファミリータイプの部屋をとっていたのですがネットの写真と違う小さなすりガラスで景色の見えない圧迫感のあるへやに通されました為フロントにお願いして窓の景色の見える部屋に交換してもらいました。 休暇できているのに交換してもらわなかったら圧迫感ありすぎて休息できなかったと思います。

Good location if you have to catch an early flight at Haneda Airport! The room was really pricey but came with an Onsen ticket. The room was clean and plenty of shops around (it's an airport afterall).

The bathroom was converted from the balcony so when you first step into the room, the curtain which was covering the windows gave the impression that there wasn't any bathroom. Later when I opened the curtain realised that the bathroom was hiding behind where (I assume) was originally a balcony. It's not the end of the world but with the heavy curtain no light penetrates the room, and if the curtain is open the light comes in but so is view of the toilet. Not ideal, especially if the room has more than a single occupant!
