Home was very comfortable. Very nice pool and hot tub easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to everything but also in a good location for delivery so best if you want to eat out or stay in . Had a hiccup the first night but owner quickly replied and fixed it in less than an hour. Was very impressed with the quality of the stay .

Enjoyed our trip. Everything was nice, clean and prepped for us! The homeowners were a breeze to deal with. We even had a hiccup during our stay and had to contact the owner and we worked this out with ease. You will absolutely love the country setting while being close to everything! We een seen several deer while there!!! I would stay there again.

We had a great stay in this house. The host welcomed us with a fridge filled with water and a basket with snacks. The house was really spacious and located in a quiet area. The beds were comfortable. We felt that the house was a bit worn out and somewhat less clean than we had expected. The bathroom mats were not washed and had stains and the blankets were on the old side. The utensils in the kitchen felt haphazardly placed and, therefore, hard to find. They were quite worn and could use an update. The laundry room was well equipped. The host was very kind, generous, helpful and quick to reply.

Close to enough to the inner city, far enough to enough the quiet! As listed, easy and quick communication.

The front of the house is what attracted me to this property and it’s as beautiful in person. Inside was spacious and perfect for our family of 8. Hot tub didn’t get warm as we wanted so we didn’t use it as much but the entire pool area was great! Overall a great vacation rental and we would highly recommend it.

The home was better than the pictures! Everything was clean and organized nicely. The property owner was very prompt with any questions or communication we had with him! Nice touch having the pool and hot tub for the family and kids! Will definitely book again and recommend!

There were five of us, ranging from ages, 82 to 30. The house was well appointed and very clean. We were able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub for multiple days even in the cooler March weather. If we go back, we will definitely consider staying at this property again.

We recently stayed here!! It was beyond amazing! The house is very spacious and it worked perfectly for my kiddos of 7 and under! The pool was the cherry on top! We came from cold weather, so having the pool open and private to us was so amazing! 10 out of 10 recommend this house! The owner was polite and on point with any questions/problems we had as well!

We had an amazing stay here. We had a group of 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property had everything you need plus extra. The house, pool, and large backyard were all clean and well maintained. Highly recommend staying here for your trip to San Antonio!

We were a family of 7. Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent mattresses. We had fun playing in the large backyard. Sea World and the Aquarium were close by. We also enjoyed The Alamo, Hop On/Off bus, and the River Walk (boat ride too). So…..when asked what he did in San Antonio, the 5 year old said , “The House”.😁. We all got a good laugh, but it’s interesting that he liked it that much!

We had a great stay. Only issue was a tripped circuit breaker for the hot tub when we were using it. Richard responded quickly by phone with location of the breaker, so function returned quickly.

This home is really nice, very quiet are, spacious, clean. What you see in photos its the same. Richard and Orietta have a special treats that my kids love it. The best thing is closer to Lackland AFB, so we are not rushing for my son’s BMT graduation. If ever we will need to comeback here in San Antonio, I will love to stay here again and for sure I will recommend this place. Thank you again Richard and Orietta for accommodating us with your beautiful home.

House was very nice and clean. It was exactly as described and the distances to local attractions were accurate.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with a vacation rental. The host thought of everything needed to make our stay easy. The home had everything we needed from garbage bags, to sandwich bags. He even provided snacks and refreshments for our arrival. Nice touch!! The kitchen was well stocked. We were so pleased. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. I will certainly keep this property in my favorites.

We had a great stay here and would definitely rent again. Richard (our host) was very responsive and helpful. This is a great compromise if you’re looking for a spacious home in a part of San Antonio where the lot sizes are bigger. The pool and hot tub were added bonuses.

The Richard John house was perfect for our group. Richard was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the San Antonio area.

This is my second time booking this house and all I can say is that it is absolutely amazing the place is beautiful and the location is great perfect house for a staycation or a vacation will definitely be back!

Our stay was amazing. No regrets..

We came fown for my sons Air Force BMT graduation. The house had enough room for all 6 of us plus when my son was able to visit. The owners we awesome and left us some goodies that my son absolutes loved. Great place to relax and spend time together.

Loved the place. Had a party and invited friends. They loved the pool. Sucks the Hot Tub wasn’t working. We wanted to use it all weekend

The house was perfect for our stay to see our son graduate from basic training. Great location close to everything, yet on a nice quiet street with wildlife.
