The location was great. The breakfast was wonderful.

For a four star hotel, the bathroom needs to be updated. Our bathroom tiles were falling apart.

Bij t inchecken had ik geen airco kreeg wel volgende dag een andere kamer die wel perfect was alleen de doushe viel tegen helaas

Bed was very comfortable and shower worked well. Pleasant reception Breakfast and dinner buffet food with many options

Shower drain was so sluggish that water quickly pooled in bottom

The property was very well taken care off. There is a team of people spraying and cleaning everywhere. The receptionist was very pleasant. We dealt with Youssra. She was very welcoming and helped us all along as it was our first time in Casablanca. The concierge organized a taxi to take us to Rick’s Cafe which shouldn’t be missed. The hotel buffet restaurant had a very good section of food. We are traveling with 2 CELIAC friends and they were really happy with the fresh and unprocessed selection of food. The dining room staff is very attentive. As we were having their nice buffet they were always there to clear our plates.

The room keys are easily demagnified.

Habe mich sehr zu Hause gefühlt und bin drei Tage länger geblieben als ich vorhatte, das sagt, denke ich, sehr viel. Personal supernett und aufmerksam für alle Wünsche. Der warme Innenpool sollte besonders positiv erwähnt werden.
