The room is secure and the staff is so nice and i also enjoyed the breakfast.

Breakfast was simple but adequate. Location was ideal for my needs. The property was of a high standard and the bed comfortable.

Very quiet peaceful lodgings run by super friendly and welcoming hosts. A Japanese style breakfast overlooking the garden was a real treat.

We had a delightful experience enjoying a Japanese breakfast while overlooking a serene garden. The combination of flavors in the meal perfectly matched the tranquility of the surroundings.

The only thing we would have like differently is to have a TV in our room, but that says more about us than about the guesthouse.

Limited hanging space in bedroom - was only a couple of hooks on the back of the bedroom door - fine if only staying 1 night. small table to one side of the bed, would have been nice to have something on the other side of the bed to put glasses/phone on rather than having to put on the floor next to the bed. No TV in room but maybe that adds to the ZEN.

Nice clean room with a good size bathroom (Nice Shower!). Breakfast was simple but very tasty, eaten with a relaxing view of the lovely garden. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The Zen House is quite close to the park and ride making it easy to get into the city centre.

No real issues to be honest, maybe breakfast could be a little bit bigger. I could have done with some extra pillows for the bed as they are a bit too soft for me (just my preference), I didnt find this out till I went to sleep. (Bed was very comfy despite this)

Very good choice of breakfast, Japanese or continental / British. I chose scrambled egg which was cooked to perfection. Excellent en-suite with a large and ultra clean toilet & shower. Large and very comfortable bed. Warm room. Large well furnished lounge with TV offering plenty of channels, comfortable sofa and a wonderful rocking chair. Plenty of off road in the parking in the driveway and very close proximity to Bath's Park & Ride.

I would like to add something here to give a balanced view, but nothing comes to mind.

I really liked where the place is located. It's not too far from the city center, and it's also peaceful. This has also probably been one of the cleanest and peaceful homes I've been in throughout my stay in England. Awesome. I also love Mami's hospitality. She has been very kind and friendly throughout my stay! And the free breakfast is much appreciated. I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. Zen House truly lives up to its name of being zen. I hope I can go back again.

I just did not really like the lack of a table in the room. I could not eat properly in the room if I wished. It could be helpful if there is at least one table a guest could use, other than having just a chair. I would also suggest that if there will be some sort of removable non-slip mat on the tub & shower. Although it might not really add to the aesthetic of the bathroom, it can be more safe to shower especially for elderly guests, to help avoid accidents from slipping and the like.

The best stay we had all trip. Above everything else is just FELT lovely. Facilities were excellently clean and bed was very very comfortable. Lovely view of the garden from our room and beautiful Japanese breakfast included in the morning.
