Location is good for free parking...rooms good sized, neat and clean..staff was helpful ...didn't have to ask for help....

Receiptonist - can’t understand English

Wifi was available from the room, the location was very good, only a 2 minute bus ride. Free buses from the main road provided by other hotels. The bathroom had working shower and the Air conditioning worked fine. The hotel staff were very friendly, although Arabic speaking and not English speaking some of the hotel staff can speak another language. Plenty of shops near by and a few restaurants. We had an issue with the 1st room they provided but they arranged the room to be changed without any hassle and at no extra cost. Fridge in the room and kettle and tea and coffee provided. Room cleaning services were available to us but we never took advantage of it, they did clean the bathroom when requested and changed the bins as and when we asked. All in all very happy with my stay and would happily stay at this property again in the future.

Lack of toilet rolls, although they provided more when requested, the room was booked for 4 adults with only 2 cups provided and when asked for more cups they never brought it, in the end we stopped asking and bought some plastic cups. The hotel didn't have their own bus services, we used other hotel buses. They have a restaurant but no free breakfast or evening meals they only cater for large groups.

The hotel is very close to Masjid Al Haram,Free bus service is available 24 hours a day. The hotel reception staff is very good, especially Mr. Abdullah ,Abdullah is a well mannered person.

The pillow size should be large the pillow size should be large.it was not compatible.. This is not a complaint but an effort to improve.
