Beautiful condo & well managed property, very impressive! The view was spectacular! Very well laid out & family friendly (with the exception of there being a lack of non breakable dishes & glasses for kids) with privacy for multiple families traveling together. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed everything, the condo was fabulous and so convenient to the beach, garage and all amenities. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to Dennis and Enis for helping make our stay so enjoyable.

What a beautiful experience, I loved this condo! Great location, easy access to the beach. Great pool. The check in guy Dennis was AWESOME! I will stay here again. Stop looking and reserve this condo! For others looking at this condo I would like to make the number of beds clear. 1 room w/ 2 bunk beds (4-5) people, great for kids. 1 room w 1 large bed and 1 strange tiny bed in a closet. (2-3 people) 1 room w 1 large bed and 1 strange tiny bed in a closet (2-3 people) Living room has large couch that can sleep 2. plenty of room in the living room or bed rooms for a blow up mattress. Please do not count the strange tiny bed in the closet, if I made my kids sleep in there I'm afraid they might have nightmares. LOL Thank you for letting us stay at your condo. MJP

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! We had our family of four plus Walter and my elderly father. Dad wanted to take his bathroom home with him! Lol The decor throughout was beautiful! The check-in process was a little different, but after being chauffeured around the property with Dennis we were super grateful. The layout was a little confusing we would have never figured it out without him! The coffee choices were endless! I’ve never stayed anywhere with more kitchen appliances then this unit! They had lots of thoughtful extras such as snacks, coffee pods, paper towel and even charmin toilet paper! There was a closet full of beach supplies including what looked like new beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and more! They have tons of really nice beach towels also. You literally can pack you clothes and move right into your dream vacation here! I also must mention the beautiful dog park that’s fenced in and has an ocean view! They provide the doggie bags and everyone uses them! It was pristine! I will mention, sprinklers come on at 11pm, oops! The one thing we were surprised about was how little beach they have. They were hit hard in the hurricane last year and you have a very small window when the tide rolls in. Many of the beach access areas were closed and this one has a brand new ramp built so you have direct access. If you’re thinking about staying here, I highly recommend this unit!

The condo was more than we had envisioned. It was perfect. Next time we'll stay with three Suites so my son and his wife won't have to sleep in bunk beds. My bad. Other than that, stupendous. Kudos!

Large condo directly on the beach. Ocean views from the balcony are really nice. Beach is nice and good for children as the water is not very deep. Garage parking is very convenient.

The condo was great. Awesome views of the beach, ocean, dolphins and sunrises. Tastefully decorated with everything you need for a family beach vacation. Will definitely be back.

The experience overall of the property was great. Had a little trouble upon check in but otherwise no complaints. The view was amazing! And the proximity of our room to the elevator and our car was unmatched!

Everything was as advertised with simply breath taking views of the beach and goings on. The condo was clean and fully stocked with smooth check-in. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Thank you all for a wonderful time.

The view from the balcony was awesome and large enough for the whole family. Place was very clean and spacious. Very secure location. Pool was nice.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! We had the best stay. The pictures are exactly how it looks. It was very updated and very clean. The balcony is gorgeous and huge and looks directly down to the ocean. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

Had a great stay here. location was excellent and the entire building, and common areas were in excellent shape. view off the balcony was beautiful, Could see the sunrise and dolphins swimming by during the day. Minor criticisms were we could only get two key fobs for a party with four adults , when three often had separate activities planned. Also the kitchen could have had more childproof dishes. Overall, would highly recommend it.

Overall it is a beautiful condo and a nice view. It was easy to get to the Nascar races, too. It just needs some TLC. Needs new towels, better quality silverware and pans with a flat bottom for that type of cooktop. Needs more than 1 dish towel. End table was broken and one pillow was ripped in living room. One soup bowl was cracked. We had to buy cleaning products and paper products as nothing is provided. Not all the dispensers in the shower were filled. Had to buy soap and shampoo. Maybe this is typical of rentals, I don't know. Again, very nice place for some people, but we would probably choose something else another time since we paid a lot of money for the place.

Clean property. Accessible to beach walking distance. Clean pool and Hot Tub. Microwave didn't work but got replacement in couple of days.

Glad to have made this home for the week of working remote. We’ve been to the property before but first time in this unit. Had a great week.

The condo and property was beautiful. We had 9 people (4 adults 5 kids, 5-10 y/o) and had plenty of room. We never heard any noise from other units. Very relaxing, well as relaxing as a vacation with 5 kids can be. Pool area was clean and the pool was warm enough for the kids to really enjoy, but still be refreshing. Enjoyed ocean view from the condo balcony and from the pool. Easy access to the beach. Loved that there were beach chairs and towels for our use. Would definitely choose to rent from here again.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying here. We were impressed with how clean and upscale the condo is. It is very secure and has easy access to the beach along with a nice pool area. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this condo was absolutely amazing! It has everything you can ask for in a rental. From the over-sized kitchen, to the comfy beds, the beautiful decor, and of course the HUGE private balcony, we have not stayed in a nicer unit!! Monica and April were extremely helpful and made the check-in/check-out procedure a breeze! We had such a great time and a relaxing, much-needed vacation. Can't wait to come back!! Thanks so much!!!

the condo was really nice and clean. Rooms are big enough for 2 families. nothing can beat the oceanfront view and the broken grill was no problem, there were a brand new portable one.

Good time, very nice

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo within the last year and we loved it both times! It is nice and spacious and of course the balcony is the best part!

Our overall experience was great. Very beautiful place and great location. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to use the outside grill and that was a real bummer. Also the ice maker on the refrigerator didn’t work properly. Other than those things it was great

The condo was amazing. It was very spacious and accommodated our family of eight perfectly! Watching the sunrise every morning from the balcony was one of the highlights of the vacation. The only drawback is that security is so strict (which is kind of a plus) that they only give you two key fobs to enter and exit the building. With such a large group, this was sometimes aggravating. Overall, though, a wonderful vacation experience!

The condo was beautiful inside just as pictured! The balcony was very large and provided nice shade after the morning sun. The unit was very clean. This condo is two master suites with a media room with bunk beds and a half bath off of the kitchen. This unit would be perfect for two young families. The kitchen looks beautiful with many extras a wine chiller, a grill, a convection oven/air fryer. Unfortunately, it is not very functional. The owner needs to live in this kitchen to experience how poor the oven is. It took forever to bake even using the convection bake. The separate air fryer/convection oven did work well so we used it for the majority of our trip. We fixed the ice maker on the refrigerator at the start of the trip but it continued to jam and then leak water from thawing ice in the dispenser throughout our trip. The kitchen has one dishrag to use. There is no pitcher for lemonade or juice. Even though the unit sleeps 10, there are only plate settings for 6. There are only a 1/3 and ½ dry measuring cups. The cookies sheets are disgusting. They need to be replaced! It would also be nice to have a large serving platter for food. It wasn’t until the evening of our arrival, that we noticed that the unit only had 2 washcloths and 4 hand towels-a big problem for a group of 8!! I texted Monica on Sunday morning and did not receive any reply by the evening. Fortunately, we had other family members staying in hotels and they were able to spare some washcloths. After a phone call to Monica, she fixed the problem on Monday. This condo is very secure and requires the use of a key fob at every point of entry/exit-the garage, the elevators, the pool, the beach. There are only 2 fobs per unit. This was a great inconvenience for our group of 8 with 3 families and 2 cars. We were constantly running a fob around this large condo to let people in and out of various places. I asked Monica for another fob and she said that it is a seven-day process to obtain another one. If you are staying with a large group, request another fob for your stay! The furniture on the balcony could use some updating. The barstools are rather wobbly and the cushions on the outdoor furniture are stained. If you are traveling with older parents as we were, Ocean Vistas is somewhat large and requires a lot of walking through the building, parking garage, and a very long ramp to access the beach. This walk was very difficult for my parents.

The accommodations were great and the host was even better! This was one of the best vacation experiences that my family has ever had and the host made it all possible. She will definitely be contacted for future reservations.

We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful condo! Condo offers an incredible view of the ocean and everything you could possibly need for your stay. Great beach and convenient location. Pool and hot tub were both very nice. Lots of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores close by. Toured Daytona Speedway, went on an airboat ride and even took in a baseball game. Try Ice Cream Social of DBS for excellent ice cream from a locally-owned store. Owner was very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Very clean, large condo, plenty of room for all. Grill was not working, but they did explain why upon arrival. Family of 8, we enjoyed the week very much. Thank you!

Beachfront condo was clean and very convenient to all of our local favorites. We have been to Daytona for the last 20 years and this is one of the nicest places yet. the owners were responsive to our request when there was an issue.
