Was in town for a conference and this was the perfect location for the expo center. Was able to walk to meetings quickly and return home for lunch breaks. The space was large, comfortable, and cool! Will stay here again in the future!

Came for Mardi Gras and stayed a week in the Calliope unit. It was super clean, cute and well-stocked. Great responses from the managers when we needed help. Only thing I would suggest is a full-length mirror so guests can check out their Carnival looks haha!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Refinery in NOLA, close enough to the tourist attractions and far enough too. The accommodations were everything you could ask for, the host very flexible, honest and professional!

I absolutely give them five stars… this place has so much character, and the street was quiet. It was close to and within walking distance of, restaurants, the grocery store, a coffee shop, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with them and will be back soon!

Everything was perfect and looked exactly like the pictures! The location was in the middle of so many different restaurants/activities for our stay! I highly recommend staying in the Calliope!

We spent a month in this apartment, and it was excellent in every way! The rooms are very clean, inviting, laid out nicely, and in a great location. The kitchen is well equipped and provided everything we needed to make our meals. It is a quiet and safe area with lots of street parking. The beds were very comfortable and they provided sound machines in each room if needed! This will always be our first choice on future visits, if it is available!

Clean, had extra amenities, great location. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

Great location. This place was just what we needed. It's a short walk to the French Quarter and Jackson Square. The space had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The building was quiet. Check in was flawless. We will definitely stay here again.

I loved the unique style of the room I chose. I usually just stay in a hotel so it was nice to have more space with a full bedroom and full kitchen.

This property is lovely !!! Very clean, well organized, and peaceful even in a busy neighborhood. The gym is a bonus, and there is a nice bar and restaurant on ground floor of building should you choose to stay close. Beds are very comfortable - a good night's sleep is easy. Location is ideal - everything within comfortable walking distance - Canal Street, the trollies, downtown and the French Quarter. Communication is excellent - very responsive personnel and very helpful. Highly recommend this property, and I would stay here again.

Always love staying at the Refinery. The condos are amazing, staff are phenomenal, close enough to walk to all popular attractions, but far enough away from the noise of downtown. Will always choose a condo here when we're in town.

Very clean property and very walkable to all of the NOLA attractions.

The property listing, cleanliness, and communication were all on point except for a few hiccups that should be corrected immediately. The door to the outside patio does not easily open and needs to be adjusted and remedied. The plastic guard at the bottom of the shower glass door in the room with the ensuite needs to be fixed. Door was difficult to open and close and the pressure exerted to open it initially had us leave it open the entire time out of fear we would break the glass door. The iron and ironing board in the unit need to be updated. The ironing board needs a cover and the iron purchased was cheap and needs to be a Rowenta iron. I was traveling during the holiday time and the ironing board and iron stained the clothing for myself and my significant others resulting in a last minute shopping trip for us. The building has little to no insulation so you could hear all traffic in the adjacent unit and all the traffic in the hallway. It was ok for a temporary stay but may bother others. The guest bedroom that closes to the front door had a sloping issue due to the old building and or bedframe and the guests stated the memory foam mattress was not the best. The place was nicely furnished and very clean but the living room furniture is not comfortable or conducive to relaxing at all. Highly recommend the owners remove the massive dining table and current sofa and chairs (These are the worst) and switch that out with a comfortable sectional and furniture. If your patio furniture is more comfortable then the living room furniture that says a lot :) Nothing worse then going to New Orleans, being potentially hungover and sitting on that furniture. I hope my suggestions are taken seriously. I am not being negative it is my hope that these items can be approved as we would stay there again with a few small tweaks. The owners can reach out to me directly if they would like more suggestions.

I highly recommend all apartments at New Orleans Luxury Rentals! My wedding party stayed in a total of three apartments for my wedding preparation and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. The staff was very accommodating and also helped us with our catering. My daughter enjoyed looking at the city on the massive balcony with my bridesmaids while I got dressed. Highly recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans!

We had a very nice stay. The only complaint is upstairs noise was enough to wake us on our last night there. The complex and our room was refinished at the highest quality. It was beautiful, well-furnished and supplied very well. We had access to bicycle taxis and taxis. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. In the evening the street was pretty quiet for an outside glass of wine.

Super easy checkin, the owners were very responsive when we contacted them. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Bourbon street was about a 15 min walk away and French quarter about 20 mins or so.

Would definitely stay again. New finishes and comfortable beds. Easy to access.

Worked very well for our four night stay. Communication with the host was great. WiFi a bit in and out, could connect one day but not the next but that's the only thing I can think was a negative and 4G got over that. Would recommend 👌.

The location was great. We enjoyed the patio. We didn't have any issues with noise and the area streets were clean. It was easy to get where we wanted to go

Nicely appointed unit, freshly decorated. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Easy to communicate with management with any concerns - responsive. Definitely recommend!

Our family took a quick trip to see the sites and taste the food. This location was perfect for whatever you want to do.

We had an amazing host! She was able to give some cool recommendations and answer questions when needed. Check-in and check-out was super easy too. The space was great. It was amazing with awesome food and walkable to the French Quarter. We will definitely be back!!

Everything was perfect. From contacting them to store our luggage before check-in, the check-in process, the cleanliness of the condo, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the outside deck was relaxing, close to everything for walking, yet far enough away that you aren't hearing all the noise. Would highly recommend.

Overall great experience with a great location! Set up was awesome for 2 couples. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio! Close walk to some fun bars and restaurants. Only complaint would be you could easily hear the people above us walking/shutting doors, very loud ! Still a great stay!!

This space was amazing. It was a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful place to rest and also very convenient for exploration, close to delicious food, and of course, the River. I plan to recommend it often.
