Convenient to beach and stores

Needed work on sliding door and bath. I knew I was inan investment property...not a home. After I paid a list came of how to leave propery..I paid $200 cleaning and told I would be fined if property wasn't cleaned and towels had stains. The foot wash station didn't work. We were talking on the patio and the neighbor Bill came out and politely told us he could hear us.

Right on the beach. Nice to have an assigned parking spot.

Sliding access doors to beach cannot be locked from outside. You must lock inside and walk around building to the beach. Rugs throughout were not vacuumed, used soap in the shower, and couch was old and stained. We purchased a throw to feel more comfortable with sitting on it. The biggest setback was the owner, mistakenly checking the schedule, gave her friends the security code to stop by and look at the condo. Imagine our horror when people just walked in on us the 2nd night. The rest of the vacation was ruined and we cut our stay short. Kudos to the property mgmt company for partial compensation.

The sliding glass door was a bit hard to open and close.

Broken drawer in the kitchen, bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the bugs crawling on the counter.

Close to the beach and area was quite during the day.

The facility was extreme dated, it needs to care. Painting, furniture, bathroom, plumbing, cabinets and so on are very warren or falling apart.

Bit pricey for this time of the year

The location was unbelievable and the decor was good

Serious lack of maintenance Furnace filter completely shot, cabinet doors off hinges, back patio door would not close
