Hot tub jets don’t work correctly :( And didn’t like that cleaning fees were so high !

Only 1/2 block to the main street, wtih ocean right there, but sandy beach about 3 blocks away; still quiet overall, except people arguing next door...not owner's fault.

Bathroom throw rugs could be cleaner...and they are slippery on the tile floor...be careful. Mattress not totally flat, but ok if you find a good spot; some condensation dripped from bathroom ceiling fan, but probably normal for this location. Surprised at the 10 am checkout; I texted room keeper for an extra hour, but no way...she said she had things to do on that Sunday. Most hotels, but this is not a hotel, will let you extend an hour for checkout. Hot tub near pool was too hot...but useable; regular pool too cold!
