Smooth check in, lovely clean apartment a few mintues from newcastle centre

Furniture in poor condition, no plug in the sink in the bathroom or a mirror, blinds broken in the lounge. Needs a really good make over

clean and comfortable

couldn’t get the water in the shower to a nice temperature just red hot,and some tea making facilities would be nice

cheap and realiable

had everything we needed, good location, plenty of parking

Staff don't call you back when promised and also not told about a 100 pound deposit after booking

Had to pay a 100 pound deposit after id booked and comfirmed on Booking.com. they only dealt with me through Whatsapp unbelievably which was a problem as i needed to pay the deposit over the phone. We were charged a 5 pound per day cleaning fee and nobody came.....the heater was hanging off the wall and the security lock for the main door didnt work. Would not ever recommend. Awful and stressful experience.

Was a easy location for where we needed

Apartment was filthy, had to go out and buy cleaning products, surroundings were also filthy entrance had old post scattered around the floor, hallway and entrance needed a good clean as well as the apartment we were in, furniture broken on arrival, carpets had multiple stains in toilet actually had left overs from previous tenants, sink and shower were covered in hair, left over food crumbs on kitchen sides we actually had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and bedding but actually had the cheek to charge us a cleaning fee, no bins around the property or outside so had to bag all our rubbish up in the living room Owners were very abrupt send multiple different post codes for property as the one on booking.com takes you to a housing estate when tried to contact didn’t answer the phone, told us we had to be 26 to stay but never mentioned on booking but then suddenly said it was ok for us to stay ( we’re all 24/25) Actually tried to find somewhere else to stay when we arrived due to how horrific the apartment was and how unsafe we felt as a group of girls but was unable to due to it being bank holiday weekend, actually checked reviews when booked and nothing bad was mentioned, was only when we had to send ID over that we realised this apartment is actually owned my ‘ Alexander apartments’ who are well known for being scammers! Do not waste your money and time on this property
